Re: Therapy? becoming Radiohead :) in General Therapy? Topics
I’ve never quite understood Radiohead; where is the logic in making music that makes your audience want to kill itself? Surely that is counter-productive, not to mention irresponsible.
Sorry folks, but I’ve heard a good few of Radiohead’s records and I’m yet to hear a good one.
Paranoid Andriod and Airbag had bitchin’ riffs but they really should sack that whining twat of a singer.

Re: Worst Therapy reviews? in General Therapy? Topics
I’ve yet to read a good review in that poor excuse for a newspaper. Although, I suppose with Metro, you get what you pay for.

Re: A few words from Martin McCarrick in General Therapy? Topics
Thanks for that.
I was well surprised when I saw the guys support The Wildhearts still as a 3-piece.
I’ve got some great memories of you guys playing Newcastle: your awesome cello solos on 10 Year Plan; your inviting the crowd to play ‘Arse In The Crowd’; I think it was the first time you guys played Heaven’s Gate in a while, and it was great, Andy suggested we blamed you if the guitars were wrong.
I also have had the pleasure of meeting your good self - I interviewed you and Andy and I’ve got a nice signed copy of Troublegum to show for it. You guys were good enough to sign a copy of the I Am The Money single for a kid who couldn’t be there that night.
Nice one.
All the best

Return of rock’s very own Jedi. in General Therapy? Topics
Title: Return of rock’s very own Jedi.
Holy crap, I found out about the new record a few days ago (I haven’t visited this fine site in a disgracefully long time). I haven’t been this excited since, well High Anxiety (or maybe the last Clutch record) came out.
All I can say is, the lyrics kick freakin’ ass, and I hope you return to Newcastle asap.
PS Andy, I interviewed you for a local mag on the Newcastle leg of the Shameless tour. You were (and I dare say still are) a cool guy, and I hope you didn’t think I was a sycophantic tosser. Just a thought.
All the best to the band and all the other fans out there

Title: Martin Missing
Saw T? live in Newcastle last night and they did Matrtin proud. Awesome set, band enjoying themselves, crowd as mental as ever. Good time had by all.
Shame he wasn’t there but Andy did get to show off his guitar mastery. Get well soon Martin and head back to the frozen North. Can’t wait.
