Don’t you think it would be like a one night stand with an ex-girlfriend?

Yeah - good to see what’s changed, but not the same as it was first time round.

I still would though.

(Babyteeth and Pleasuredeath I mean)

LOL!!

Good news, but i’d still sell my mother for a remastered/remixed/rejigged Nurse.

It’s actually really good… No synths, just a straight forward solid rock album. Tongue in cheek lyrics, lots of solos not breaking new ground but quite a upbeat fun album like the old 70/80s rock albums. The single is the worst thing on it personally.

I was surprised. I’m really not a fan of theirs.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Van Halen, might give the new one a go. Way more a fan of Sammy, mind.

THis album is fucking weird yo! Good weird though. First listen, really enjoying it. I was scared they’d either make Crooked Timber II or revert back to a pastiche of their nineties sound, but this is something else entirely. Good on yer, boys. Peerless.

Baed on the fust three QOTSA albums i’d say QOTSA, but given that they’ve been mediocre by their own standards since Nick left its a tough call.

Re: Radiohead in Other Bands & Artists

Finally got round to downloading the album and listened to it a couple of times. Far too early to say how i feel about it as part of their canon but man i’m really liking it. They don’t disappoint as far as innovation and progression goes.
