I missed out on seeing them last year, they played the Roadhouse in Manchester with Wolves Like Us and a bunch of other bands. We got tickets but because they have a club night on a Friday, the curfew was sonething stupid like 9:30, and wolves came on stage about 6:00… by the time I could have got into the city centre, Kvelertak would pretty much be into their set so we sacked it off :(

After seeing those vids, it kinda feels a shame :(

Its not really a case of being the fav album (I’d say Infernal Love is my fav closely followed by Troublegum), but I’ve been going to T? gigs since 95, prob seen em around 20 times since then, and the Troublegum songs tend to make up the bulk of the setlist - they’ve got so many great songs that would be ace to hear live so it can be a bit frustrating when you get Die Laughing for the 17th time… in the same breath, I know that a large portion of the crowd are there to hear the songs they know and couldn’t give two fucks if they play Jam Jar Jail or some 15yr old b-side.

@Monkfish - yep, me and the mrs were sat at the end of the table in the bar!

At Leeds we only got 2 Troublegum songs, which I kinda preferred (we got Rust and Stories instead of Isolation and Die Laughing)

That said, when they played Screamager and Nowhere the place went fucking apeshit - so its kinda understandable why they throw them in.

The Jager tour is a support slot, so I’d guess at a more ‘greatest hits’ styled setlist, which I guess you expect with that type of gig.

I can see the casual fan being pissed off at it, which is fair enough, but I’d be pleased with that set!
