Agreed - big shame. I really enjoyed seeing them at Ocean when they played 8 or so songs off Shameless, a cracking gig. Gimme Back My Brain, This One’s For You, I Am The Money, Wicked Man, Stalk and Slash, all brilliant live.

THAT gig rocked -I was there (Defenistration supported and where awful)!
Remember the punk guy who jumped into the crowd feet first and graham had a shit and started yelling at him…then the band got everyone to boo the arsehole. Classy!
Bring on tonight!

Dez (Aint posted in a while never have time but my boss is an arsehole so I’m gonna surf!)

Re: London tonight… in Therapy? Live

Excellent!

Two highlights apart from the set -

Andy licking micheals armpit and then spitting out the sweat…nice one andy!
And Andy saying - Fan Fucking Tastic - then Ginger saying fan fucking tastic - great stuff.

Nice to see Ginger telling everyone to buy their new cd ‘coupled with..’ keep the receit, tape it and take it back and buy the last Therapy? cd with the money cuz at least they’ll see some cash from the sale. Ginger also played the begining of 10 year plan which was cool!

Great night - and I get to do it all again one last time on thursday!

Yes I will be propping up the bar, but dont know about tarting :)

HA! Sorry was an odd turn of phrase that came to me in flash of regretted inspiration! I’ll refrain from tarting and keep to ‘hanging’ instead.
Wanted to come to the show in the long sleeve we’re here we’re high get used to it - but from what i understand the palais is as hot as a brothel in hell. So long sleeve BAD sticking to the Hey satan you rock shirt instead!

Hope they play ‘stop it…’ tonight as they didnt Saturday!

See ya there (badges ain’t a good idea BTW)

Re: Anyone else can’t wait for Southampton Uni gig in Therapy? Live

I went to Southhampton so a few things…

ain’t your fault you didn’t get to see Meat Abstract…the bar situation was terrible a good 20 mins just to get a drink is madness and only half the bar was open!
I ‘chatted’ to Micheal after the WH show and he wasn’t in a chatty mood which was a pity, have met all the wildhearts and they have always been polite and nice - have met all of T? (apart from neil) and none of them seem very chatty anyway. oh well.
They played a brilliant show was very impressed, andy was on top form and i have to say I missed Martin but Neil more then made up for it with his drumming - he really is THE man!
Can’t wait till London - gonna ROCK!

cheers

Oxford Cancelled tonight!! in Therapy? Live

Title: Oxford Cancelled tonight!!

Wildhearts have just announced the following:

We’ve just got word that tonights show at the Oxford Brookes University SU
has had to be rescheduled at the last minute due to illness within the band.
We are assured it is nothing too serious and that the rest of the tour is
unlikely to be affected.
The new date is now Monday, the 13th of May.
The band are very sorry for the inconvenience, and promise to make it up on
what will now be the last date of the tour.

Martin leaves Therapy? a 3 piece in General Therapy? Topics

Title: Martin leaves Therapy? a 3 piece

First post on here and I HATE to tell ya but i just found this…

THERAPY? Back To A Three-Piece - Mar. 18, 2004

As of March 16, 2004, Martin McCarrick (guitar/cello) is no longer a member of THERAPY? and all future recordings and live work will be performed as a trio. “We appreciate that this may come as a surprise to our fans and friends, however the reasons for this decision are purely professional rather than personal,” the band said in a statement. “This was far from an easy decision to make as Martin has been an important part of the band for nine years but we feel that this is the best way to ensure a positive future for THERAPY? We wish Martin all the best with his future projects, musically or otherwise.”

THERAPY? will kick off a U.K. tour with THE WILDHEARTS in late April. The group have also been working on the material for the follow-up to last year’s “High Anxiety”, tentatively due in early 2005 through Spitfire Records. Songtitles set to appear on the as-yet-untitled CD include “Polar Bear”, “Long Distance”, “Here Be Monsters” and “Panic!”.

Bugger. Sorry if this has been posted already. Could anyone confirm this? Cheers!
