For me, the downward spiral is still his best work

Re: Nine Inch Nails in Other Bands & Artists
With teeth has more angry songs on it, more “the world is so bad, everybody is against me, i am so weird” songs. At first, I was a bit sceptical about year zero, but after a few spins I just can’t get it out of my head.

Love it, that’s all I can say about it.
I’m eagerly awaiting the afghan whigs retrospective half of may.

Re: Nine Inch Nails in Other Bands & Artists
I have 2 spare tickets for NIN in the AB in brussels. Anyone interested?
I don’t want to make a profit of it, just get back the money I paid (ticket + reservation cost and mail costs)

That means something for those whow know Beaudelaire or Marquis de Sade or Lautréamont.
This is a bit off topic, but I tried to read a book of marquis de sade once. After the first 10 pages, I thought: let’s read on, see if he writes about something else besides sodomy, but at about page 100, I just gave up…

I’ve been playing it all day yesterday, and I must sayn there are a few tunes that really stick, and are just funny. Still a bit to clean, but I’m liking it

Re: MCR - The Black Parade in Other Bands & Artists
I loved their previous album, it’s my scream-along-cd when I’m alone in my car. The new one is like divers said, to clean, but I think it will grow on me, just not in the way the three cheers one is.

Re: The Twilight Singers in Other Bands & Artists
Grrrrrrrrreg Dulli was, as expected, amazing. I also appreciated Lanegan’s grunting :). A better show than 2 years ago. And a lot of people in the marquee to watch them, so I hope this means there wave is up in belgium and they will come back to do a club show *keeps fingers crossed*

Re: The Twilight Singers in Other Bands & Artists
I tell you what sam, you and the missus check out the twilight singers over a nice pint of beer (or softdrink, whatever you prefer) I have bought for you.
If you want, I can send you a song or two of their new album. It’s a bit rougher than what you heard from the afghan whigs.

Re: The Twilight Singers in Other Bands & Artists
at first I didn’t want to go to hasselt, because 57 for one band is just too much, but than I saw the dresden dolls were also comming, and some other bands I like, so it doesn’t sound that expensive anymore :)
