Does anyone in Huntington, WV remember the glory days of the building that used to be known as The Drop Shop or Gumby’s? It’s now known as Goodfellas, and it looks like this incarnation is going to stick. They’re booking a lot of different types of bands, but they’ve got some seriously cool rock happening this Thursday night.
If you’re in the area, come on out and see The Red Carpet Bombers. They’re a new band that’s getting ready to make a lot of noise. The Bombers are former members of Chum, The Heptanes and My Device.
They’re the kind of rock band that this area needs, a band for people who truly like to rock out. No pandering to trends, no pop masquerading as rock. Just ****in’ rock!
