Re: Dublin Show 10/03/2012 CONFIRMED in Therapy? Live
That’s a bad news…
I already got the ticket and I won’t be able to make it on May 10th…
Question: could I get the money back?

Apparently there was an interview on Italian national station Radio Deejay this morning with a great Italian musician living in Ireland.
On the question if she had met any celebs/music greats the answer was Andy Cairns !
Actually they were interviewing a friend of mine that lives in Dublin (she plays the bass with Aztaria). :—)

No one had Gary Moore on…
In fact, I saw him at the High Voltage Festival last summer and he seemed in a pretty good shape!

Supervalu in Salthill, Galway, one week ago, I saw a guy with a “Never Apologize Never Explain” t-shirt!
I was going to ask him if he was going to Cork in October, but then I lost him in the supermarket (as the Clash sang a while ago)…

Re: World Cup 2010 in Chit-Chat
You’re talking about Capello, but think about Lippi (Italy’ coach): he got 3 million Euros for this beautiful performance in South Africa. Basically, 1 (crap) match, 1 million!

Not really, but it’ll be interesting to see how far they get - especially if they face England at some point. I’m not a football fan but I would watch the hell out of that.
Portugal scored 7 goals…!!!!

Gravity Kills in Other Bands & Artists
I just heard “Enough”, by Gravity Kills, on a rock radio… basically it’s a soft version of a typical Therapy? song of the first albums! (something like teethgrinder)
Anyone noticed that?

Re: Soundgarden Reunite in Other Bands & Artists
Alex wrote:
All my mates that have commented on the Soundgarden reunion and have seen them before have basically agreed and said they were rubbish live. Which is an awful shame. If they are going to reunite, I hope they fix whatever problems they have playing live together before they get on stage. Otherwise, don’t bother, is what I’d say. Or put a sign outside gig venues saying “nothing’s changed, so make sure you have a few more beers before showtime”…
Since both the guitar player, the bass player and the drummer are outstanding musicians, the only problems left that they could have with live gigs are Cornell’s voice (I saw Audioslave live in 2003 and he was great, but Soundgarden songs are tougher for the vocals) and the “we like to play music together” feeling. Problems that they probably have now, even bigger than before.
Add that Chris declared “I don’t like being in a band” just a few months ago and you got the picture.
Anyway, if they come to Italy I’ll go, I hope I’m wrong!
(besides, I saw Alice in Chains live in December and they are great!!!)
