Thanks for that link Dermot always wondered what gigs I had seen in the past. Always thought it was more. No worries. Will see them more in the future. I ways wanted to travel abroad to see them. Next year is for sure though. Just got a gaff this year so unless they play here or the North I wont be able :(

Mine was summer of 94 parents had headed off to the States for the World Cup. I stayed behind bunking in a mates gaff (i was only 15!!) But they left me the house keys so I could switch on lights and the radio so people would think there was someone in (…what is with that. Like a robber is going to think, feck there’s a radio on in there I better not disturb them!!)

Anyway a mate gave me a lend of Troublegum and Hats off to the Insane. They played in Dallymount Park later in the year and I had to go!!! Brilliant!!!!!

Havn’t stopped loving their stuff

I would love to see a Therapy? gig being supported by Betallica!!!

Just finished downloading the Web gig, I’ve listened to some “whispers” I’m in work so ssshhhh.

It sounds perfect, but not that I needed it but this re ignites my reasons for being a fan of this band. When they say they’re there for the fans. They really mean it!!!

What a fan*Fuckin*tastic gig!!!

Could only get seating tickets as left it too late mainly beacuse the Gig was originally in the Point and thought I had time to get a standing one.

Not to be turned off I got me a sitting ticket and even though it was in the Upper Circle I went Nuts.

Trying to (sortof)Mosh/head bang in a chair was an experiance I felt like I was hooked up to an electric chair or something (and probably looked like that too)

Motorhead were brilliant as well and enjoyed their set alot.

All in all a totally entertaining night.

I’m 28 and have been listen to Therapy? since Summer of 1994 when a mate lent me Hats of the Insane and Toublegum while my parents were away at the World Cup over in Atlanta.

I went to see them play in Dalymount park that year too. My first Gig too (I was a late started..sniff)

And I’ve never looked back. I’ve tried to see T? every time they play here in Ireland and have only missed them once back in May of 2003 when they played in Cork. A mate was getting married that weekend and I was the Groomsman so couldn’t bail out.

*whispers*I still have to get my Motorhead Ticket though…but I will

I personally loved the entry.

Filled in some blanks and confirmed stuff I wasn’t sure on.

I liked the “intensely loyal following” ref.

I remember when they headlined the Point a while back. At the end of the gig Andy pulled some of the stings of his guitar and threw it into the audience.

Cool or what.

Wasn’t really sure if I was gona go to the Motorhead gig. Seen them aot over the last few years. Good entertainment and all.

Though have to get a ticket now. Can’t miss T? for anything.
They’re the only band in Ireland that could back motorhead up.

Though they could end up stealing the show. Nothing wrong with that though!!

I would have to say what ever Line up is infront of me at the time.

They have never failed to delivary no matter who they had.

Plain and simple all members that have come and gone from Therapy? have been pure class

Fans Rule!! So lets hope we don’t have to kick them again next year to get them to promote T? But in saying that I’ll be mailing them again just to remind them to do so.

Also passed my driven test so all in all was probably the best weekend I’ve had in a while!!!

Not sure but think it would be a good idea to thank Aiken Promos for putting T? on the bill. I know they’re expected to promote Irish acts where ever possible, fairs fair.

Plus I sent them a few Balchy e-mails giving out about not promoting T?

I looked everywhere and couldn’t find any on the stands.

Though did see a few fans wearing “Live Like a Fucker” shirts around the gig.

Really enjoyed the gig though the line of bouncers behind me were pissing me off.

Though had a few good time going mental in front of them haha.

Totally loved the new stuff live. Rain hits concrete was very welcome.

It was my girlfiends first T? gig and she loved it. The boys would have blown Funerals for my Vantines out of the water. No wonder they tired to hide them in the tent out back. The new guys wouldn’t have stood a chance.

Missed a the first of GnR but didn’t mind too much.

Have to say the sound for GnR could have been better for the second crowd area but I had pit passes so didn’t care haha. Plus the Guitar wanking could have been shorter, at least when Slash did it his melodies usually fitted with what ever song was next. They played a few of their more Rocking numbers but have to agree with summer_of_hate GnR were a bit sedated. They have the numbers in the bag to make a total Noise Fest but didn’t. Though in saying that Axel hasn’t lost his voice and pulled of every song with out fail.

And to be honest if they were to play again I would go see them. GnR that is. I would go see T? open a envelope.

Have been listing to it for the last few days in the car, had to do a few drops for work. One being in Baldoyle (mm spelling!!)

Had it on constantly and not once did I want to switch to something else.

Dopamine I have to say is my favorite.

Just my opinion, but I think this album combines alot of the feelings that are generated from alot of whats gone before. Sort of a blend of what makes Therapy?…well Therapy? :)

Will post more when I feel I can do it justice

Was worried I might end up missing them
I was even counting the pennies or even cents to see if I could afford a trip to Newcastle to see them, but me and the misses are saving for a gaff so not really able to do that and go to the few gigs we have lined up this summer.

Was originally just going to see Gun’s and Roses, but sorry Axel your taking a back seat now!!

All the This-&-That of going through the download process of stuff was totally worth it.

I think we should all be mailing Promotors on Gigs that Therapy? would make an interesting addition.

Hell their a Fan Fucking Tastic band on this Isle and they should be getting more action. It pisses me off when support acts are clogged with Totally Foreign Bands.

I maybe wrong (usually am) but I think the main act have a say on who tours with them but a local band should join them at each tour location or area as well.

I remember when ash was at nearly ever gig when they were starting off at first. I don’t particulary like them but Home Grown Bands need support from the Local Industry heads. What the fuck happened

I remember the Witness Gig very Well. Was animal, loved how Andy slagged off the Dance tent!!

Oxegen’s line up is pants, only reason I would have gone would have been if T? were playing.

Totally sucks that their profile amoungst Irish promotors has dipped cause they rock now as much as they ever have!!

Just hope they come here this year. If not am gone have to go to a gig in Europe, well better get saving. Wembely would be so affordable and worth it too!!

Doin a compo for a mate to show them just what a brilliant Therapy? are. I’ve gotten it down to a short list of 45 hahaha.

But I have been listen to the new stuff constantly for the last few days. All threw work and at home so easly 10hrs a day since monday.

I’ve been listen to these Guys for 10 yrs now and I’ve never felt like they weren’t cuttin it. Some songs have been just ok but they always have at good number of belters in each and every album

The new album is fuckin hella. Polar Bear bein a diffenet Fav. Also Rise up, So Called life, Here be Monsters. Die LIke a Motherfucker.

Also from High Anxiety Hey Satan-You Rock, LImbo and Rust.

The rest are brill but these are my Favs. Up there with some of the old stuff me thinks
