i think in that world it s really difficult to keep his selfconfidence high when you have these “I have to look like this”-thinking pattern. i always tried to tell myself (and all the others) that i don’t think in that pattern, but i do, and many others too. it s more in the sub conciusness… trying to defeat it, going quite well. but in a bad mood it s not easy
and i am not anorexic or bulemic. i m a wolverine :D
yeah, that’s really shitty that we get these “you got to look like that”-attitudes from the media these days. it’s always been like that of course, but never as bad as now.
you never see “average” people anywhere in magazines, movies, adds, … or if they are seen it’s just to make fun of them or for the “before/after”-pics.
it’s getting worse for men too, all that hype about beckham’s newest hairstyles, or going to the gym cause you gotta have a “sixpack”, and so on …
the funny thing is, i think most men don’t want their girlfriend to be all skinny or whatever. and i can’t speak for the women, but i don’t think all of them want the “all muscle - no fat (and no brain)”-guy too …

hm, yeah. but as i said, it depends on the face and her style. last week at nova rock i saw a girl with really really short hair (approx. 5-8 mm) and it looked damn hot in her case … :)

i think the hair stuff is really important for men. a woman can be perfect in every way, but still i wouldn’t find her attractive if i don’t like her hair …
but i don’t have any preference like tatty, it just depends on the woman and her style …
