wow. what a true fan.

you don’t call going to 57 shows in 6 years being a true fan?
it’s my decision whether i go to a gig or not, and if i think the band sounded bad without martin for the last 3 gigs i saw on the last tour, then that’s my opinion. I’m pissed off enough without people like you chipping in with needless comments like that

Re: Martin leaves Therapy? a 3 piece in General Therapy? Topics

I’m gutted. Truly gutted. I only started going to T? gigs in 1998, so for me, Martin was as much a part of Therapy? as Andy and Michael. Given that only a week ago Martin was saying he’s ready to rock again, and “no doubt” will be on tour, i can only assume that he’s leaving the band against his wishes.

Either way for me now, after 57 Therapy? gigs in the space of 6 years, i shall now no longer be going to live shows. I have a ticket for Norwich in May, and i shall go for one last time.

For me, the shows without Martin when he was ill were just not right. They were flat and lacking the extra depth Martin brings to the the band.

All good things must come to an end.

Take care Martin, best wishes for the future.

Nick.

Re: Martin is here in General Therapy? Topics

If Martin is better then i hope he wears ear plugs for The Wildhearts because they’re the loudest band i’ve ever heard
