Re: BRoken and broken up with in New Members (Introduce Yourself)
I think what she was really into was me trying to seduce her. If we had a real relationship, she wouldn’t have that. Instead, I was always nervous, jealous but always thinking of her. I don’t think she did it on purpose but maybe she got carried away. In any case I’m glad I could check out before I get serious damage. But I have to admit I feel like I just got a punch in the stomach. I’m gonna need some days to recover.
These are the days I feel very lucky to know T? exists. This band has always been the soundtrack of my hard times. Tomorrow, I probably start the day with “Lonely Cryin’ Only” and finish by saying “Happy People Don’t Have Stories”. That’s always the way it is.

Re: Whats the next gig you want to go to? in Chit-Chat
It’s definitely Chuck Berry. The tickets are a little expensive but I can’t miss it as I used to have a band covering CB songs in high school.

Re: BRoken and broken up with in New Members (Introduce Yourself)
a couple of hours ago, i kind’a broke up with someone, we weren’t together anyway but we were about to, there was this other guy, things got too complicated, she didn’t want include me in her regular life too much, she didn’t tell me if she was serious with this guy either, so i broke down today and that’s it. i’m seriously in need of Opal Mantra, Straight Life, Turn, A Moment of Clarity and some other killer T? tracks.
I usually find myself in such stupid relationships, do i ever learn? No!

Re: What song did Therapy? cover best? in General Therapy? Topics
Gimme Gimme, Diane and Breaking the Law were equally swell.

Re: So what is the cover that you wanna hear in Therapy? in Chit-Chat
I would love “She’s Lost Control” by Joy Division (they already play a part of it through Isolation). Also some song from the Sisters of Mercy, maybe Vision Thing.

Re: Are Therapy? metal? in General Therapy? Topics
I think what defines T? the best is the fact that it’s impossible to define them referring to something else (tiring sentence it is). They are them and it’s quite cool if you ask me.

Re: Therapy? comp Help in General Therapy? Topics
Evil Elvis, Gimme Back My Brain, Screamager, 30 Seconds, Stories, Little Tongues First…
I just wrote the ones which popped up first in my mind, there are too many great tracks to add up. Good luck with it!

Re: Verdict on Never Apologise Never Explain in General Therapy? Topics
At first, it didn’t fancy me too much as I like more punkish fast guitar T? tracks and the bass is more dominant than ever in NANE (even though I play bass myself), but by the time, I happened to love it and it’s now one of my favourites. It’s a deep, long-lasting album, it’s quite hard to evolve and move on for great bands but I guess guys have done it well. Moreover, “Rock the Monkeys” has definitely become a T? classic hit, which in fact proves the success of NANE. OK, enuff said, I need to listen to it once again now!

Re: T? in Turkey in Therapy? Live
cool job!
Erdem, do you know if Tayfun will publish larger versions of these pictures on his own website? These are really fantastic, yet small in size (in this case, size matters, in other cases, i hope not!)

Re: T? in Turkey in Therapy? Live
it was freakin’ great in istanbul. there was much fewer people than i expected but still the guys rocked the place. The highlights of the gig were definitely “Potato Junkie”, “The church of noise” (or should i say “the mosque of noise” as Andy sang), “Stories”, “Screamager” (whoa!) and “Rock the monkeys”. Generally the gig was awesome and i had to take a test of 3 hrs. this morning so i feel numb, if i forgot something, fill it up guys who were there last night.
oops, i forgot “Teethgrinder”, it rocked too, also “Polar Bear” and “Diane” and also “this ship is sinking” (yeah, i love them all).
the missing ones were (at least for me): Lonely Cryin’ Only (they should come back to play it up, eh?), Last One to Heaven’s a Loser, Hey Satan You Rock, 30 Seconds, So Called Life, Evil Elvis…
Still a great show. Guys, they should come here more often though.
