i dont think theres anything like it, but i might not of looked hard enough, also been listening to 8 bit weapon and bit shifter for more trad chiptune.

Kyuss spawned and inspired loads of great bands, Queens’ robot rock idea seems to have fueled the fire of this funk-punk crap, which is terrible crime on there part.
Qotsa arn’t a bad band tho
