come on man NANE is a fucking blast!
know what would be cool though? If they’d re-record some old songs in a modern studio and let someone do some remixes of newer songs (I usually dig the ones that are around already) and release that joint. Boy imagine how Potato Junkie or Neckfreak would sound with a NANE production, it makes me drool to think of it.

more or less the same here but I picked T? up after the release of Troublegum. I remember waiting for Infernal Love to come out and overcome by all my juvenile eagerness went to the recordstore too early. All they had was Pleasure Death, T? instantly became my heroes for the rest of my life. Off course at first I was disappointed with Infernal Love. Years later when I first suffered from severe heartbreak that changed massively. T? instantly became my guiding stars for the rest of my life. And now over a decade down the line after the terrific release that was NANE (and the ones before) i can’t fucking wait for the next one to drop and started buying T? vinyl stuff on EBAY and they have instantly become the biggest hole in my pocket for the rest of my life.

Kingston Wall - Real Live Thing
Melancholical Finnish psychedelic wankery but fucking magnificent moods and musicians. Everything by that band is highly recomended to fans of Jimi, Cream, Hawkwind,…

Re: Tom Boonen… in Other Bands & Artists
I guess art should evolve as does the rest of the society. Sports should evolve as well and sadly they don’t often do. So in my opinion T.B. is an artist, although he’s still growing of course. Merckx was maybe too, I wasn’t around in his heyday but he didn’t get the nickname Kannibaal for no reason, he wouldn’t even grant his own teammates a small victory if he could win so I’m afraid Merckx actually had more Armstrong in him than we dare to admit, but that’s all in the past. The past and the present in cycling are very different stories, just look at all the nationalities involved today and forty years ago. I think it makes T.B. even a more exceptional cyclist. Time only will tell how much of an artist he is.

End Of Level Boss in Other Bands & Artists
Title: End Of Level Boss
I’ve been being mindfucked by their album for about two months now and it still amazes me every time I spin it. Anybody else familiar with the band and the feeling?

Dozer - Through Eyes Of Heathens
The other night I was completely blown away by Mastodon’s Remission. Had been listening to it on and off again since it came out but only now it seemed to click, strange.

in fucking deed rock, punk and metal. Still digging all those styles after all those years with ever shifting weights but T?’s weight will never be questioned. As far as mindfucks go, it seems that because the lads were the first to ever fuck with my mind that I have been inocculated against quite a lot of music’s so called mindfucks. The only thing that recently really blew me away and caught me completely off guard was a drum n bass act: Panacea. I think quite some people with an interest in electronic music on this forum might like it, I recommend it anyway.

Re: Bands that therapy? should tour with in General Therapy? Topics
I’d like to see the Jello Biafra/Melvins collaboration live on stage and I think their sound will be very suitable as warming up for T?.
As an afterparty Dälek would be cool. Also Belgian rockers Hulk could warm up a crowd of T?-fans.
Best tour ever would be Mastodon and T? trading headline slots with Ufommammut as opener.

Re: If Andy would have to be replaced… in General Therapy? Topics
I’d say that if Andy quits both singing and guitarplaying for T? I suggest he should finally start writing a book or a screenplay or something. I mean the lad is one hell of a twisted writer no?
As for the band I see two options:
-Either Neil and Mickael continue as a drum and bass combo in the vein of Om and Lightning Bolt and such, they would kick some serious bottomend in that low-end
-Second option is that Brann Dailor and Troy Sanders get the booth and Neil and Mickael replace them
The gist: there is no T? without Andy
