in my place of work dude, what happens is that if you work for the first 2 weeks of the month, you will get paid by the end of the month, if you work the last 2weeks of the month then you will get paid at the end of next month, there is a cut off point in the middle of every month, which means once youve crossed the cut off point then you have reached the 2nd half of the month, i think thats why you think youre getting less than you said, its happened with me, trust me youll be loaded by next months pay, apparently that system is easier for the people who sort out your wages, it may sound confusing i know, but i think that this is the case at your job. like what NTKOG just said, dont go in with guns blazing, just let them explain and hopefully itll work out :)
