I thought id start a thread about Emo’s. ive just had a bit of an argument with someone who says not all emos are depressed its a medical condition, ok it is a medical condition but why does most emo’s have it??

i loved hot fuss, sams town was ok and this one is just disappointing.

just heard Day and Age - The Killers, im not impressed, i heard it was heading more into Hot Fuss era, which got me excited, but its sounds nothing like it, its very very 80s sounding, there are good moments but to be honest its disappointing :(

i reckon its a great idea, i for one welcome the fact that theyre gonna use richeys lyrics as he is one of my favourite lyricists also itll be great too have an early manics sound on future releases, THB is one of the best albums ever made, and i dont think the manics will ever top that, but with this album, if they do rediscover the 1994 sound, i think they will come bloody close.
