Rene, if you ever come back I’ve just noticed that if you search a discussion then the ‘next’ and ‘previous’ links don’t work on the results. Although in fairness I’m probably the only person that ever does that! :)

Rene - what do we do if we want to search for strings? I tried putting a phrase in double quotes and in single quotes, but it just ands the words together and doesn’t search for the actual phrase. Is there a way of doing it? If not, can you make there be a way of doing it?

I like the statistics on the Home page too, Rene :)

I think having the most recent discussions on the home page is a bit confusing, I preferred it before - but I do like the idea of a home page for Who’s Online and Who’s Celebrating Their Birthday. And Announcements. And something that pops up and reminds you to be careful on Bonfire night, and reminds you when it’s something important like ‘talk like a pirate day’ :)

What I would like to know is how come the ‘Looking for Good British Comedy Thread’ has been attributed to Hooch’s Mum?!

Although they’re still not very well aligned, it would be better if the last 3 columns were straight all the way down.

Cancel that - they just re-appeared in the right place. I think your forum is haunted, Rene :(

Well I can’t speak for anyone else, but when I click on the title of a thread it takes me straight to the beginning, regardless of whether I have marked everything as read or not. And that’s true of every thread, whether it’s new, updated or ancient!

Rene, it just occurred to me that it’s really not that obvious where to click to open a thread.

We all know that we click on the date or time to see the last post, but it’s not very intuitive - and I think it only seems obvious to us because it’s in the right place. Could you maybe remove the link from the date/time and put a little forward arrow or something next to it instead?

A little pink arrow would be cute ;)
