Where should “High Anxiety” Tour 2003 stop… in Therapy? Live
I´d say and really hope that it will happen…
Tavastia, Helsinki, FINLAND
and
Klubi, Tampere, FINLAND
What other cities should fill the tour schedule..?

Re: Leffinge rocked in Therapy? Live
Nice to see that they did older songs. Did anyone got this gig on tape..? I’m more than interested. ;-)
By the way, who played drums at this gig? Was it Keith or someone else?

Re: Marktrock Leuven in Therapy? Live
I get a funny (angry, frustrated..?) feeling after reading stuff like this… I really disliked this line; “The group members got lost in their success story and made all the wrong moves a group can make in such a situation and recorded some CDs only they really liked.” as it makes (well, atleast to me) that who wrote it look like an total jack-ass!!
But unfortunately that kind of writing in the music media is quite common… We had the samekind of “rewievs” when the band was here at April. There was interview at MoonTV (Thank you Pete for letting us see that!! Kiitos!) and the reporter asked questions like “What have you guys done since Troublegum album..?
I admit that if the band/artist doesn’t became “big” as it is supposed to “be” then a lot of people lost intrest in the band/artist, but that doesn’t nessecerily mean that the band/artist hasn’t done nothing just because someone didn’t follow the doings of that band/artist!!! Aaargh!

Re: ministry of rock… pics and review… in Therapy? Live
Really hope that it gets officially released.
We have already at least two killer tunes that didn’t make it to the album. One is “Kiss Me On The Ghost Train” which was one of the songs that was on demo that lead a contract to Ark21 and other one is “Again and Again” which turned out as the main riff on Semi-Detached’s “Stay Happy”…
Can you compare that new song in to any older Therapy? songs? I mean lyrics, music, etc?

Title: “If it kills me”
Just curious… Is this one of those 4 tracks they’ve recorded (mentioned at official site)? What it was like? Does anyone have this gig on tape? I’m interested, mail me…

Re: Tavastia Club, Helsinki 19.4.2002 in Therapy? Live
Yes we had a brilliant time at these two gigs!
They were really great even they played the same set list at Tampere (except Isolation was changed to Trigger Inside, even the order was the same).
The Tampere gig was more, as Andy’s words “Punk-rock”… There was a lot of stage diving because there was no fence between the band and the crowd like in Helsinki. I had to say that these two gigs were the best gigs I’ve seen since 1993 by the band. Simply because the atmosphere was so good in the crowd as we have been waiting the lads to play gigs in Scandinavia for a long time and among the band, they really seem to enjoy playing for us crazy Finns! ;-)
About the T-Shirts, they had only 3 kinds of shirts. Black “Hate*Kill*Destroy” in front with german text on the back,
Black “Heavyfuckingmetal” in front with big questionmark with word “Irony” on back and the third one was blue (!) with Gemil in colour in front and Marshall type Therapy? logo on back. It was nice that Diamond Dave was this time with the band (they didn’t left him waiting in the Sweden… ;o) He is truly great fellow!
I bought the blue one and “Hate…” but I sure hope that I don’t have to wait another 7 year to get my T? shirts updated… ;-)
I have to say that Keith Baxter did EXELLENT job as he filled Fyfe’s & Graham’s BIG shoes. He really played GOOD! This opinion is just growing more stonger after seeing these gigs afterwards. He just simply should quit his dayjob and ask a permanent job on Therapy? ;-)
I thank ALL the people who were at these gigs, especially Minna (Luv ya!), Pete (Champagne for my real friends!), Kati (for making this good feeling to last forever with VCR’s) and Pasi P. (for the setlists!)
Thank you!!!

Tavastia Club, Helsinki 19.4.2002 in Therapy? Live
Title: Tavastia Club, Helsinki 19.4.2002
Hello folks!
Here is the set list from last night at Tavastia Club, Helsinki, Finland on 19.4.2002;
1. Gimme Back My Brain
2. Hellbelly
3. Lonely, Cryin’, Only
4. This One’s For You
5. Die Laughing
6. Tango Romeo
7. He’s Not That Kind Of Girl
8. Stalk and Slash
9. Stories
10. Diane
11. Isolation
12. Joey
13. Knives
14. Screamager
——————-
15. I Am The Money
16. Church Of Noise
17. Potato Junkie
18. Nowhere
They also played bits of Metallica’s Master Of Puppets and Judas Priest’s Breaking The Law.
Gig itself was great, audience was shouting and the band was in really good mood. This time they took some shirts with them (last time was in -95!) so we all got us a few new T? shirt’s!!! :o)
All the lads appeared in the bar afterwards and talked with fans. Martin was the most talkative (well, to us). He said something about releasing a live DVD and cd, really hope so that it will appear in the near future… They have written a couple of new songs but unfortunately they didn’t play any this time. (like Kiss Me On The
Ghost Train back in -98).
Keith Baxter did a great job as a tourdrummer (for this tour only, as Andy said during the show) he played like Fyfe and Graham and was a nice person to talk with.
This (as well Tampere gig at Tulliklubi) was really fun, thank you very much Andy, Michael, Martin and Keith!!!!!!!!
Cheers, Marko

Re: Support act for the gigs in Norway and Denmark… in Therapy? Live
Yes, Waltari still exist but unfortunately they don’t have a record-deal as far as I know. They however released an vinyl E.P. last year with an independent finnish record-label. They also done a few (about 20 to 30) gigs within last year. Most of them was acoustic (but in Waltari terms that ‘acoustic’ is not acoustic.) The gigs I’ve went were totally awesome! As you may already know that Sami is back in the band. You can check their official site at http://www.waltarimusic.com

Support act for the gigs in Norway and Denmark… in Therapy? Live
Title: Support act for the gigs in Norway and Denmark…
…is Finnish band called SubUrban Tribe (http://www.suburbantribe.com) according to finnish newspaper ‘Uutislehti 100’. If you can go check them out because they are really good band. Especially their new singer Ville Tuomi(o). Needless to say that their last album was really great, no weak tracks on it (that’s my opinion). It’s a shame that the band isn’t the support act in the whole scandinavian-tour.

Re: Exhausting Scandanavian tour in Therapy? Live
To the Tavastia-Klubi gig in Helsinki, Finland on 19th of April tickets are sold by Tiketti (http://www.tiketti.fi) but I’m not sure does they sell them over seas…

Thank you very much Roxy!
I’m kind of stupid since I got the album ‘Ass Cobra’ where that is from like ‘Denim Demon’…

Do you recognize this song? in Therapy? Live
Title: Do you recognize this song?
I was wondering what song is this…
‘Once upon a time, I thought that I’d go far,
I pictured myself getting blowned in a company car,
An’ now those days are over and a well is dry,
I sit at home, getting high [consonfleiding?] suicide.’
Andy sang that at Nighttown, Rotterdam on 30th of November, 2001 as an intro to Knives. Sounds like it’s a cover but I’m not sure…

Re: Scandinavian tour in Therapy? Live
Wow! TWO gigs in Finland… It must be christmas… ;o) I’m gonna be on both of those no matter what.
And remeber, bring merchandise with you this time lads. Infernal Love shirt is the newest one. So I, as well other finnish fans needs updates on our shirts!

Re: Scandinavian tour in Therapy? Live
Is it Mike Bordin from Faith No More..? He certainly would be a good drummer for Therapy? because he is good drummer and ‘deserves’ more than be a drummer in Ozzy O’s band. Don’t get me wrong, I think Ozzy is God but we could steal his drummer because he certainly would suit in Therapy? uniform… ;o)

Re: Scandinavian tour in Therapy? Live
It’s good that Mr Cairns confirms about that tour in scandinavia. Did he say anything about the drummer? Or is just Andy, Michael and Martin and drums from tape or even worse, drum-machine..?
I guess that these mix-ups are happening because there seems to be two different pages and one of them isn’t updated.
http://www.therapyquestionmark.co.uk/html/whatsnew.htm
http://public.sitemanager.co.uk/therapy/whatsnew.cfm
On the other the last thing is about that tour and in the other about Graham leaving band.. Maybe Rene should take over the maintence of the official page, so that we don’t have these mix-ups anymore. By the way when that is gonna happen..?

I can’t see that either… Please God don’t let it happen AGAIN!

Good news indeed!
I really hope that they drag their butts to Finland for a couple of nights (and this time bring some merchandise with you boys!!! ;o)
See you in April!
Cheers,

Re: Therapy? Rock Pittsburgh! in Therapy? Live
We all like different T? songs but I’m personally fed up with Teethgrinder and Nausea. I can’t blame people who like to hear ‘old shit’ but I have to say that the ‘new shit’ is worth listening to. I guess we all miss Fyfe and some of us Troublegum-era but lets get on with our lives and let the band and it’s music develop… ;o)

Re: T? song in Therapy? Live
That song called ‘Again and again’ was never released. I don’t know did they recorded it. However that kick ass main-riff of that song can be heard on Semi-Detached’s ‘Stay Happy’.
