Title: A bands for life, not just while youre at college
I was a massive T? fan, massive, but I have to admit I had lost interest in the last couple of years.
Semi-Detached, and Suicide Pact were patchy at best, and the live set was becoming too Troublegum heavy. Plus all that karaoke “c’mon up on stage” stuff was beginning to get on my tits; tour after tour. It was a bit of fun at first, but it was just ruining the songs.
I think the last time I went to see them was 2003? I had barely missed a tour since 91, but that was pretty much it for me. My interest had peaked.
I wasnt going to go see them last week, I had no intention, but I buckled at the last minute. Very glad I did. I enjoyed it, Ive seem them better, but there were moments when it all clicked again. I cant say that for the last three or four times I saw them.
Now theyre back as a 3 piece they seem more focussed, the sound is better (if a bit more metal). I never thought Id go see them and not know huge chunks of the set, how times change.
The next day I dug out my old LPs (ask your parents), and had a jolly good time. I reckon Ill buy the new album too.
Wake up, time to buy

Cheers for the info.
I also found out they played it live on Irish TV a few years ago, not exactly sure when though.

Title: Rudi - Big Time
In the bio Andy mentions they recorded a cover of Big Time, does anybody know if it ever turned up on anything?
Cheers
