Any idea where I can get the lyrics to the Crooked Timber CD? I bought it off Napster, so if it’s included in the sleeve of the CD or vinyl copies, I’m out of luck, so far, anyway.

Really happy with this album! Exiles, Crooked Timber, Somnambulist, The Head…, Enjoy the Stuggle, and I Told You I was Ill are my favorites so far.

Thanks for the tip buddy. I just found it on Napster. I am assuming the band gets paid if they have an agreement with Napster, but this will do until I get the CD. Can’t leave any of them out of the collection.
Side question - does anyone know where I can buy a CD that has Evil Elvis on it? I know it was on the Webgig, but was in Afghanistan when it was available, so I missed out.

Would LOVE to see T? on a US tour! Word of mouth only gets so far. I hope the label does some serious promotion. There is no reason at all that T? can’t kick some ass here with the right support.

So far have only heard “The Head…” and “Enjoy the Struggle” and am more excited about T? than I have been since I first heard them.

Love the new look website too! Since I’m in the US, I’m going to order it from Amazon.uk - can’t wait to get my filthy hands on it.

I don’t think I have ever been this happy in my entire life! (this includes marriage, birth of children, grandchild, retirement from the Army and discovering Viagra…)

Do you see much T? coverage where you are? I find none here. It makes me “frightened, confused and angry” as my son used to say when I asked “how do you feel?” Of course - he was just being a smart ass at my dainty, but well intentioned question. He likes T? too. I made sure of that.

I don’t post much here - so, I didn’t recognize that the growing, off topic converstation belonged elsewhere.

The “punch myself in the nuts” comment was something an old boss of mine, used to say when any of us made minor infractions that he didn’t want to punish with formal disciplinary action. So, I thought it was an appropriate respnse for the warning.

So, having issued the mea culpa, I hope I am still a member in good standing as a T? fan.

But I REALLY would like some news!

I’m in Virgina, about 30 miles south of Richmond for about 40 more days, then I’m moving to Missouri.

Dermot, if that was directed at me, yeah. But I retire in 40 days.

I thought “Infernal Love” got a US release, that’s when I first heard of T?, although there was little or no promotion. It was sample tape with a bunch of music from other bands like Ministry others. The song was “Misery” and I was hooked on the spot.

But yeah - when the new one comes out, I’m going to drum up as much interest as I can.

I really hope the marketing is kicked up over here for this release. Everyone I know here who’s heard T? really likes them. Problem is, if they’re not hanging around me, they probably haven’t heard much of T?.

This is my favorite band, I’ll do what I can here. Can’t promise much as I currently live in the south, where this kind of music isn’t the norm. Absolutly astounded they don’t have a bigger fan base here in the US. Loud, (often times) angry, smart music should go over better here.

Any idea if T? will play in the states any time soon?

Title: Dumb Question of the Day

There is a “bonus” song at the end of Rust - does anyone know what it is called and where I can find the lyrics?

Although the song Me Vs. You, in it’s entirity might not be appropriate, the line “let the grass grow over me” repeated again and again kind of fits for me.

That solution sounds like it makes sense. Of course, I have spent about an hour dicking around trying to figure out how to change the country settings, but I’ll figure it out eventually…or stomp the shit out of this computer.

Thanks, but that isn’t it. They play in the same order everytime, but for example, when the Media Player, or Real Player display says that it is playing Sprung, the song that plays is Our White Noise. When the display says Unconsoled, it plays Deluded Son.

It is like that for every track.

Title: Stupid Question of the Day…

I just bought the OCFA CD and tossed it in my computer to listen to it. I was happily banging my head and whatnot when I noticed something was wrong…The track listing on the CD didn’t match up with the songs actually on the CD.

I was already familiar with all the songs from Napster so I know which song is which.

Has anyone else had this problem with OCFA or did I just get a defective copy?

I’ll be 43 this month, which makes me exactly two days older than dirt.

I first heard a demo cut of “Misery” back in 90something and have been a fan ever since - but I was unfaithful…

Kind of lost track of the band after SD and recently got re-introduced to T? and bought all of the CDs cut since then. It’s good to be back amongst the hip, mod or whatever the hell you young people call yourselves now.

I have no idea why the band isn’t marketed in the US hardly at all. Everyone I play T? for is impressed.
