The energy drink, Relentless, have been sponsoring a lot of gigs here just now. Maybe T? should get on that!! Can you imagine Michael full of that stuff onstage :D

im holding out for t? to be announced as the almightys support band
I posted this idea on the almighty’s forum and it seems to have generated a bit of interest. Someone on there is asking “But would they do it? That would be mad! They never seem to do any dates anymore. I think they did a handful of European dates and that has been it so far this year. ”
Other suggestions for support so far are Tokyo Dragons, Wolfsbane and Junkyard.

Re: everybody should push for almighty/therapy? tour in Therapy? Live
That’d be a good tour!! I liked The Wildhearts back in the day and saw them supporting The Almighty a couple of times. Haven’t heard any of their recent stuff tho.
I work at the Glasgow Academy, so if they did add The Almighty and Therapy to the bill, I think i’d be taking the night off!!!

Re: Camera on a gig? Possible? in Therapy? Live
Different bands and tour managers have different policies on cameras. It could have been at WASP’s request that no cameras were to be used.
I work with a venue security company and we have a meeting with tour managers before every show to ascertain what restrictions they want in place. The general rule is that small digital cameras and 35mm cameras without a detachable lens are fine.
Now and again you get a band who just (for whatever reason) don’t want people taking pictures at all, but if this is the case it’s the job of the secutity people to let you know this on your way into the venue.
Sounds like T? have no problems with cameras, so, you should be ok. Hope this helps.

I’ve mailed a few venues in belgium… but I hope you have more luck than I have, all those who replied said, we don’t have plans to book them
I think there’s one who didn’t reply… let’s hope :p
It’s not so much the venues, but the promoters job for booking bands. Try e-mailing your local promoter instead!!

Re: Best Concerthall…! in Therapy? Live
Barrowland in Glasgow for me has been the best venue for a T? gig. The G2 gig recently was great for the intimacy, but the whole “Barras” experience is something special!
