nah, I am 33, I reckon colour TV started in earnest around ‘70, ‘71 ish, I was born in ‘73, so I don’t quite remember that far back!

EDIT: I used to deliver TVs and I went to one house (around 1996ish) and it was a vicar who still had an old, working TV that had a separate box attached that was put there to receive BBC2 when it first went on air, cos when he bought the TV you could only get BBC1!

yes, I ‘ave h’undertaken some h’enquiries with respect to the whereabouts of said missing persons, but h’alas h’as of yet, my h’enquiries are on a strictly h’on-going basis, ma’am.

We ‘ave cirumulated some photgraphs in the surrounding h’area, and ‘ave h’asked shopkeepers and landlords of licensed premiseeses h’as to whether they may ‘ave seen this gentleman, but, much like the h’occasion when the station toilet was stolen, at present I ‘ave nothing to go on, i h’am h’afraid, ma’am.
