Happy birthday sweetheart (by whom I mean Soul Doubt, not the other WoMbles who happen to share her birthday. The same goes to them off course, sans the “Sweetheart” bit…)

Re: new DVD? in General Therapy? Topics
Universal IS copyright owner…
So it CAN exist, and if Kossu says he’s got it, I can assure you my friend, this dvd really exists. :)
And I’ll find it!! :D

Re: WoMmie Awards 2007 - Woman of the Year in Chit-Chat
*Cough, cough.* Soul Doubt,I’ve been shot. Theres a great deal of pain and a fair amount of blood. Fortunately I was wearing my bullet proof vest as per bureau regulations when working undercover. I remember folding the vest up trying to chase down a wood tick. If you can imagine the impact on your chest of three bowling balls dropped from the height of about nine feet, you might began to approximate the sensation.
*Cough*

“That’s it boys! Jump her!
Madam H, you are under citizen’s arrest for bribery and the unlawful impersination of a small garden shrubbery. Take her away boys!”
(hint: now is the time for your “I would have succeeded if it weren’t for you meddling kids!” monologue in vein of the classic scooby doo villains…)

Right. One of their more easy-listening albums, but excellent nonetheless…
gimmie wrote:
and Delirium Cordia from what ive gathered is a concept track based on having surgery with no anasthetic (a line from rainning blood by slayer - and dave lombardo is a memeber of fantomas)
It’s actually a line from angel of death. And even though Lombardo is in Fantomas, Delirium Cordia was not inspired by that line. It’s more a soundtrack to watch an operation by.
Check the Melvins and Lustmord album as well. some pretty cool stuff on there.

Jane Sibery… That name rings a bell. She’s that woman that did that horrible “Can’t rain all the time” track on the Crow OST, isn’t she?
No wonder her cds are considered a waste of plastic! :D

@Divers: too right, mate, too right.
@Ci?: What if, under that same reason, I stole all your underpants and put them in a big box on the street with a “for free” sign on it… Would you still think the same about “public property? :)

I was talking about the MP3 thing. I have no problem with your link at all. Just the whole “mp3/copy/rip-off-internet-and-sod-the-honest-artist generation” is pissing me off to new extremes…

Copyright Debate (split from Manchild thread) in Chit-Chat
Gone are the days when copyright infringement was still something teenagers were afraid of, these are the days where copyrighted material is handed around faster than the last bogroll in a room filled with incontinent people that also happen to be suffering from the shits…

Re: what was the last gig you went to? in Chit-Chat
These arms are snakes: totally blew me away. I went in, expecting to see a lame warm-up band before the headliner but wow! Think Botch, An Albatross and a hint of RATM (albeit a very small one) paired with a nut drummer and an absolute mental frontman.
Pelican: Even after the onslaught of These arms are snakes, they managed to amaze me. It’s the third time I’ve seen them, and they seem to have grown every time. More than half of their set was new material (which is a lot considering their set was 8 songs) and it rocked! Bring on the new album boys!
