Title: My Therapy? shit-list…wanna trade?

Hi there, my bootleg list is available for anyone who wants to see it at http://www.angelfire.com/al3/therapylist1 .I did it up in about 5 minutes and it’s really crap and hard to read, but hey, that’s punk!
If you’ve got anything that I don’t, just drop me an email - I’m especially looking for videos. Cheers!

Re: Question of the day in General Therapy? Topics

It’s Andy’s record company based in Dublin, he co-owns it with somebody else.

Re: slane 2001 in Chit-Chat

Saw JJ72 at Witnness last year but didn’t like them much although they do have a couple of great songs to be fair. What does everyone think of Wilt (ex-Kerbdog chaps)?

Re: uaneen fitzsimons tribute in General Therapy? Topics

I got a recording of it plus an interview from 2FM radio. Although he played Screamager & Lonely Cryin Only, they only broadcast Screamager.

Re: Prices of the demos and shit in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

Hey, give Stories it’s dues! It got to no. 8 in the UK chart! Diane got to no. 13 I think (If so, it definately was unlucky ‘cos it was downhill from there!

Re: Prices in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

I finished the box set last night and was making a start on the green Troublegum vinyl, when my friends decided to bring me to see ‘the lovely men in white coats’. They weren’t that lovely, but the comfy padded walls in my little room are just great!! Seriously, is there going to be an auction for these items? Does this mean that they actually exist?! If so, let me know when!!!

Re: Prices in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

Made a start on the box set last night. The vinyl with the drawing of the naked woman on the cover is particularly tasty - I enjoyed eating that one. Though, I don’t think ‘Dude Twat’ will taste very nice!! I’ll let you know more at dinner time.

Re: When was that released? in General Therapy? Topics

Well, correct apart for no.5- The Church of Noise CD has ‘Suing God’, CofN(Messenger Mix)and CofN(video), while the cassette and 7” has ‘60 Watt Bulb’ and CofN(Messenger Mix)

Re: Simple is often the best way in Musicians (Gear, Tabs & Lyrics)

Yep, Fyfe is spot on…’Teethgrinder’ is without a doubt THE most difficult song I’ve ever tried to play on drums, simply impossible. And let’s face it, it’s a shit song with Graham’s drums. Has anyone listened to Fyfe’s drums in Divers? They sound like the beatings of a man who is severely pissed off such is the unbelievable force he exerts. I always have great fun trying to match the noise level of his drums when playing those songs. Absolutely brilliant! By the way, Opal Mantra is kinda hard, but get’s a lot easier the more you play it.

C’mon! This is almost definately someone taking the piss!
If this guy has that stuff, I’ll eat my Semi Detached vinyl

Hey, I have that Kerrang! So, that’s you, huh? Cool, seems
a lot of people are getting/have got a Gemil tattoo.

Re: Favourite Videos in General Therapy? Topics

There’s also two vids for Stories - the first is the colour one but the second is much better..it shows Andy kidnapped in a warehouse and Fyfe & Michael beating on him looking for information. The two lads bring out a little boy, ask him a question and the boy points at Andy. You just know it’s all downhill for Andy then! It got banned ‘cos they kill Andy at the end.

Re: Brendon of Brainsaw X… in General Therapy? Topics

The Trigger Inside mix is pretty good - sounds like one of Ministry’s mixes (I know it’s not btw!)It’s kinda industrial. The 2nd mix is the exact same except with no vocals. Oh, the Die Laughing mixes by David Holmes are absolute bollox - avoid!

Re: Favourite Videos in General Therapy? Topics

There isn’t blood in Nausea, it’s probably a food stuff like cranberry sauce or something ‘cos the video is set at a dinner party. It’s cool ‘cos you see Therapy? losing the rag and goin’ crazy - cool video. Trigger Inside is cool ‘cos it deals with a guy losing control. I like Meat Abstract ‘cos it shows Charles Manson - and anything to do with ‘ol Charlie is fine by me!

Re: Diamond Dave in Chit-Chat

He’s a DJ for some English radio station (Phantom?) but also roadied with Therapy? a lot and worked on their T-Shirt stall but was more a touring companion I guess!

Re: Meat Abstract?? Silly comment mr X! in Therapy? Live

Nope, Fyfe did - I have the recording. Although, Andy (as always) did backing vocals

Re: Brendon of Brainsaw X… in General Therapy? Topics

The Teethgrinder 12” has 2 remixes, one of which is on the Nausea promo. Remixes are better off on 12” so you should get that instead of looking for ‘Nausea’, and anyway, the other remix is better than the one that’s on Nausea. I think it’s called Tee Hee Dub, it’s the longer one that’s more groove orientated - easily the best of all Therapy? remixes. The worst has to be Sabres of Paradises slaughtering of Nowhere…the stuff of nightmares!!!

Re: Bad Mother sold for $300!!! Who’s the lunatic? in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

Hey Iris, don’t forget to buy a ‘Good Fuckin Night’ for me! Please? By the way, I bought Dead Laughing in a shop in Dublin for about $15, but since then, all shops seem to be selling cdr’s of these bootlegs and still charging $15. I guess you can call it ‘bootlegging the bootleggers’, but I still want all the originals. Still looking for; Not lunacy, Absolutely Barking, Now and Then, Some of the Rest, Live in London 94 (is that what it’s called?) That’s it I think.

Re: Bad Mother sold for $300!!! Who’s the lunatic? in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

I went there with the intention of making a high bid of $200 but I was just unlucky the seller decided to end the auction. Sellers can end auctions for whatever reason they like, unfortunately!

Re: Iron Man bootleg in General Therapy? Topics

It was recorded at the Auditorium in Firenze, Italy on 26/3/94.
It’s the same bootleg as Shock Treatment but not as good ‘cos Shock Treatment is a CD.

Bad Mother sold for $300!!! Who’s the lunatic? in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

Title: Bad Mother sold for $300!!! Who’s the lunatic?

Last week Bad Mother was on ebay, the next day it was gone. I emailed the seller and asked where it disappeared to and he said someone had offered him $300 for it! I think we have discovered two things - 1. the most expensive Therapy? item to date and 2. the craziest Therapy? fucker ever. Come on, own up - who was it?

Re: Dead Laughing boot on eBay in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

BUT - Good Fuckin Night has the 94 John Peel session with; Brainsaw, Trigger Inside, Isolation and Knives(different lyrics)and they’re all excellent versions and really heavy. I’d buy it for that, plus the Glasgow gig is pretty cool and heavy too.

Re: Therapy? - Nausea - CD single on e-bay $2 in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

Robby, talking about me again huh? Well, take a look at some of my earlier posts! I mentioned I’d a second copy of that Stories single and I wanted a trade, no-one was interested so fuck it, I’m selling it!! I payed $15 for it so I was offering it at a loss for $10 - it’s not my problem if someone wants to pay more. By the way, not all Therapy? fans on the net look at the Teethgrinder page, some just look at ebay for items they want - I gave the Teethgrinder people first option, nobody was interested so I put it on ebay. What’s your problem? I think I’ll stop visiting the Wall of Mouths after this post - all this bitching is beneath me.

Re: Good F$*kin’ Night * -> people are crazy!!! in Therapy? Buy, Sell & Trade

Hey Unbeliever, I hope for your sake that you’ve a video converter, otherwise you won’t be able to play that ‘Dallas’ gig that you’re outbidding me for - it’s a US tape(ie NTSC, not PAL) My friend has a converter so that’s the reason I bid on it, ‘cos I can get a PAL copy.
If you have an NTSC machine or converter, then fair enough. I just thought I’d let you know! Peace
