After fretting overnight, alas my files are downloading nicely and having listened to the audio and viewed some of the video…I am just over the moon thrilled!!!

After seeing the recent posts by Teethgrinder…I feel much better about getting the tracks I paid for.

Hey, it’s rare that us Canadians get access to new Therapy? material live or studio…so I may have been a bit over excited!!!

I just answered my own question. Yes, if you attempt to download more than 3 times and get 0MB files each time…that counts as your 3 downloads.

Now the question is to anyone who is in charge…will this problem be fixed for us who tried and got bum files all 3 times? Meaning, will we be able to get these tracks and not have to pay again?

I understand there have been problems and I’m not trying to stir shit up but $35 for 4 tracks out of 24 (Audio and Video)…I’m a little concerned to put it mildly.

It’s just gone midnight here in Canada and I paid for both the video and the audio and I am getting the same problem…0MB size files are downloaded.

Now my question is, I can wait and try downloading later but if I exceed my 3 download limit trying to get a good download and still get 0 size MP3’s…am I going to lose my money?
I mean a download may be considered a download whether it be a full size MP3 or a 0 size MP3.

Can anyone help me out here? Considering the Canadian dollar is worth nothing and it cost me over $35 Canadian to buy both…I am a tad worried.
