I would imagine that the guys (or at least one of them) keep half an eye on the forums, even if they don’t post often. It’s what I would do if I was a famous rock star.

Jogging or Sprinting?

I’ve got a suggestion for (any future) webgigs. My interweb connection at home isn’t the greatest, and being limited to downloading two files at once was a tad frustrating, I had to keep half an eye on the file downloads.

Is there any way that a single (zip) file of all the tracks could be made available so I can just say “download” and away it goes?

Other than that and the fact that the e-junkie site fell over it seems to have worked well, thanks! now to sort out my codec issues (I’m sure the boys didn’t film in green) on the three videos I was able to download before it went tits up.

I used to be more geeky out of work, but can’t seem to work up the enthusiasm. I’ve havne’t updated my PC (h/w) in 5 years :-o

I did do a reinstall last month though, so it’s not all bad, and I bought a network RAID server for home (and got my girlfriend to use it!).

I have been spending a little too much time on the old Playstation though :(

Heh, I had a work experience kid work with me a few years back and he said he was interested in computers. Didn’t know what a mouse was, a Word Processor, or the Internet. Now that was a struggle (bearing in mind I was testing VoIP (well actually VoATM) gateways at the time.

He struggled with the “make a department web page, here’s all the text, just type it up”. Le sigh.

I’m doing okaaaaaaaay.

1) Go to the gym on a Monday (rather than saying I would and then not). No more rubbish excuses. I’ve stuck to it so far.

2) Keep more of an eye on my finances. Kinda failed, but I know I went overdrawn last month. Trying to keep it in check.

3) Career review in March. Am pestering my boss for a payrise. Don’t ask, don’t get.

4) Not get distracted at work. FAILED. I’m posting here aren’t I?

Hey, how’s it going? Been a fan of Therapy? for a long while now, and have only just discovered this board. I suxx0r at teh intarwebs.

Anyway, thought I’d drop in and say hi and see what’s happening. :)

I play guitar (very) badly being self taught after the age of 25 but have picked up a few tunes that I can fluff quite nicely. I’m a professional geek but don’t do that much geeking outside of work any more and I enjoy sport. So, a well rounded individual :D
