Nah, just saying the Oz man back in his day sang in a much higher register than the Het in ‘98. Even though Ozzy wasn’t/isn’t a technically gifted singer, he was/is pretty hard to imitate. I saw Rob Halford sit in for Dio in 1993 on the Dehumanizer tour supporting Ozzy; he sounded more like Ozzy than Ozzy and nailed the Dio stuff as well. Anyway, Het’s a great vocalist in my view — just didn’t think he pulled off the Sabbath tune very well.

Good music. Way, way out of the Het’s range IMO…poor guy sounds like he’s trying to pull his arse out his throat. Ouch! :-)

I actually like this cover. I think the only 2 that don’t work on Garage Inc. are the way out of James’s range Scabbra Cadabra and the complete misread of Loverman. Been listening to the new Nick Cave. Brilliant.

Agreed on all points. DM is cool but clippy in parts, particularly on headphones, and Lars Ulrich is still a supercilious blowhardy knobweed. :-)

Ellen Paige was really ran the creepy gamut in that. Also, Michael C. Hall is great in Dexter. Just watched the new one last night. Excellent.

Yeah. Love the “So what now? Where go I?” part, despite it being a rather crap lyric, it’s a great melody. That being said, the rasp is all good too! :-)
