Did anyone see the Stewart Lee Comedy Vehicle?
Richard Littlejohn. Cunt, not someone who works as a cunt.
I’ve been to see Stewart Lee quite a few times, always brilliant - hoping he’ll be in the comedy tent at Leeds again this year.

I think you’ll find it was a quote from the hideous scumbucket that is Cockface Littlejohn.

Might as well as for a secular version of Merry Christmas.

Re: Secular alternatives to ‘bless you’ in Chit-Chat
Don’t say anything then. If the phrase bothers you so much I guess you’ve also eliminated terms like “Oh God”, “Jesus Christ”, “Angel”, “Blessing In Disguise”, “Devil” etc… from your vocabulary.
I’ve never been religious but I still say “Bless You” as relates to sneezing, though I don’t say “God Bless You” - which I’d say is the proper, religious response.
Saying anything to people after they sneezed has it’s roots in religion, rather than being a social nicety, so there really can’t be a secular response.

We’re due a proper new series anyway. With no Laugh track !!
Why did they keep the pauses for the laugh track in? It made the conversations seem very disjointed.

Robert Llewellyn said that everyone wants to carry on - but they’re going to see how well this 3 parter is received first.
That’ll be why they kept saying Back To Earth was set after series 10, when the show only had 8 series.

Re: going to london 20th - 22nd of april and I want to see a show. Please advice in Chit-Chat
Story is that the 4th one will be animated, the 2nd one is still the best though.

Not many people get the reference. His name is seldom used, and only in the first film.

Fair enough, though the last time I was in London I bought a ticket from TKTS for half price and was in row G of the stalls. And there are so many shows on that unless you’re desperate to see a specific one then the TKTS option is definitely worth it. After all, half price for a London show saves you £20-£30 per ticket.

Exactly, you even end up with a chance of seeing a show that you’d previously thought Sold Out - as long as there are returns.

You’re better off waiting until you get there and then going to the TKTS office in Leicester Square. They do cheaper than usual tickets on the day for shows that aren’t sold out, or selling returned tickets at a reduced rate.
