I think Andy said in an interview that meat abstract was written after he played a track by new beat act Erotic Dissidents to Fyfe. The beat is pretty straight on Dissidents song but reckon the general pace of the track started them off on the vibe for meat abstract.

Ghost trio is the stand out track on the album for me so far.
One note hypnotic guitar, powerful bass groove, and great rattling snare work.
Kinda like mildred pierce by sonic youth in that you get hypnotized and don’t want it to end.
Immense.

I would like to order a vinyl copy but does anybody know if there is a mp3 download code supplied with it?
Much easier for getting it onto the ipod that way rather than having to rip it off the vinyl.

Won’t be listening to it till i get it tho…
I will never forget going to get troublegum the morning it came out and listening to it on good headphones back at home : )
