That’s that settled then, next time they play…you’re coming along!

I will! I like GWAR and their shows…

I’m also pro “I want to end my life in a peacefull way and not to do it all alone” but on stage is not peacefull but only getting attention or trying to be famous.

Apparently the X-Cops never made enough money for them to justify doing it again, they oppened up for GWAR but toured in their own right and never promoted the link

I know, I was on tour with X-Cops in Europe for some days… They earned only $14,- a day!!!!!!!!!!!!
X-Cops is a great album and great show, I might like X-cops more then Gwar :D

Am confused… Suede toured with the Manivs, or with T? ? Either way, would probably have been most enjoyable. Are Suede still any good? 3rd album was okay, 4th was patchy, so never got the fifth. Second was great though…

Therapy? did some shows with the Manics in France and maybe more. After that Manics went on tour supporting Suede.

Re: Manic Street Preachers in Other Bands & Artists

Die in the summertime -> Great song!!!

Suede toured with the Manic’s after they did the Therapy? shows together. They did not do it all together… I still have that tour-poster of the Manic’s somewhere supperting Suede…

Re: Manic Street Preachers in Other Bands & Artists

They did tour with the Manics in 1994!!!

Re: Manic Street Preachers in Other Bands & Artists

@ Bad Karma: Are you looking for something, maybe I have it?

Ps. I think the most rare item that I’ve got is a handwritten paper of Sean, written down everything they’ve got released from 1994. We asked him for a drink after the show and he came with us, very cool!!!

Re: Manic Street Preachers in Other Bands & Artists

2 Autographs of Richey (and the rest of the Manics)… (I had 3 of them but sold one on ebay for $130,-) Autographs of the Manics now a days on the set of photo’s they released. But also very early singles and 12” picture disks… and offcourse personal pictures, but they are no use for other fans ;-)

Yep I was in the cage…

And I was the first one I think hehe… they opened it at 11.30 and I was in at 11.35…

Only problem was I could not get out anymore after 14.00 because everybody was already coming in to see Metallica… so I decided to stay in there for the rest of the day, which meant no Mudvayne :(

@Robby
How did you survive that??? It was 30 degrees outside and you could not get a drink in the cage!!! Did you like Metallica? Where you in the frontrow?

Re: rollins band // black flag in Other Bands & Artists

Title: West Memphis 3

Who also know about the West Memphis 3? I’ve been following how they are for about 3 years now… I’m glad ‘rockstars’ like Henry Rollins pay attention to them…
Rollins also play Paradiso in Holland in July!

Re: Is anybody looking forward to the reunion of Life Of Agony? in Other Bands & Artists

Keith lives in Holland and he does do sometimes very small gigs, been to one a few months ago… Then he sits on a chair on stage with bare feet and sings for 2 hours (more like talks for half an hour and sings the rest)!!! A lot of new songs but also some LOA songs.

Re: Peter Pan Speedrock in Other Bands & Artists

I liked the ‘show’ because of the cheerleaders, but did not like the music at all… I also heard the the singer or gitar-player hit the other one that hard in the face that his nose was bleeding and that they just played further like nothing happened… So it’s more the music…
But I must admit, I also like the GWAR ‘show’, but don’t like the music… hhmmmmmmmmm I do go and see them!

Re: Peter Pan Speedrock in Other Bands & Artists

The Spades???? Oh no… seen them this year on Noorderslag… horrible… we went home when we saw them… I only liked the cheerleaders!!!

Re: Limb Bizkit cancelled on Fields of Rock in Other Bands & Artists

But… you can return your tickets till 1st of June if you bought your ticket because of Limb Bizkit. Which is a good thing!!!

Limb Bizkit cancelled on Fields of Rock in Other Bands & Artists

Title: Limb Bizkit cancelled on Fields of Rock

Because of problems with the release of their new album, they cancelled the Europian tour, which includes the Fields of Rock festival.
It’s not that I’m a big super fan of them, but I would have liked to see them play live!

Re: Deftones in Other Bands & Artists

I’m still crossing my thumb and hoping they will play Fields of Rock!

They split around 99 and they have one album which for some reason was only released in Japan, strange for a band from Dublin. Andy is on it along with Dan Ogly. They are mates with The Wildhearts.

Who is Dan Ogly???

They remixed a song, I’ve got a 12” of it, but can’t find it right now.

Saw them on Noorderslag, and they suppose to be the support-act of Guano Apes… But the singer had vocal-problems and gig was cancelled… SNIFF… and they play again in Holland when Therapy? plays Brussels… So double SNIFF…
