St Anger would have been a bit better if the snares were off in certain songs where it worked. Not for every song.

I’m still holding out for the TG deluxe package :P

These days I try not to listen to new albums too much so I don’t get bored of them.

Think i’ve listened to ABCoL in full about five times since it came out.

All we know is - it’s happening. BT / PD Remastered with bonus content.

Apart form that - no new info.

OCFA is probably the first Therapy? album where the drums aren’t really prominent in the mix.

I’d love to know what he thinks of OCFA 6 years after the fact. He admitted around CT - time that the mix is bad and they realised after that album that they needed to take more time off between albums.

What I found funny was he said he hated writing from scratch for Infernal Love - but wasn’t that the exact same approach they took for Crooked Timber ?

It’s barely noticeable though. I had to listen really carefully.

I listened to NANE the other night and it damn near ripped my face off !

It did come out a year after High Anxiety but there’s still plenty of decent tuneage on it.

Pete Bartlett did an excellent production job and I think it’s Neil’s best drumming album so far.

In that 27 minute video posted in another thread - Andy says he doesn’t like anything off Semi Detached and only two songs off PD. Plus he hates the ” sound ” of Nurse but loves the songs. Also he loves 3/4 of Suicide Pact and some of Shameless. He loves NANE and didn’t mention HA or OCFA.
