Octavarium is 24 minutes long and I can easily listen to it all over and over. Its just so good.

SO much so i lose the ability to spell.

That would drive me insane. I already get depressed and pacnicky at winter as it is.

I’m not into ” metal ” drummers at all. I hate that clicky triggered metronomic sound they have. I like drums to sound more like drums too - like Mike Portnoy. Joey Jordisons drums on the new slipknot sound beautiful too.

Dont jump down my throat my i find he plays the same fill over and over.

Yould think Lombardo would know how to play battery.

I wish that Joey played all the songs. Im not a big fan of lombardo.

It takes a while to really grow on you.

Im not saying force yourelf to like it by any means :p

But for a long time I didnt like the middle part of Lateralus where it went really quiet for 2 minutes than came back - but now i love it :)

Plus I have grown accustomed to long songs since I became a fan of Dream Theater.
