generally, I like alternative films.. like, maybe you’ve seen Italian for Beginners or Amélie. What I also like watching are British Comedies, but my favourite films are:
Braveheart
Michael Collins
Lost Highway
U-Turn
I’ve never heard of anybody outside of Denmark who’s seen Italian for beginners.

The referee in the match Turkey against Brazil is going to be Kim Milton. So far he has done very well… No goals “robbed” or anything. Very fair.

Re: world cup pool, for teethgrinder.com folks in Chit-Chat
I think this world cup should act as a wake-up call for the so-called “Great soccer nations”. Just because they have won in the past they take succes for granted. That’s why so many of them are out.

Re: world cup pool, for teethgrinder.com folks in Chit-Chat
the referee didn’t stop the action before, but after the goal, and Tomasson got the card because he complained about it afterwards.
But the main problem was really that the referee didn’t do anything to stop things when it got to violent. One of the danish players was kicked by a player who was laying down, and the referee didn’t react. And another (Helveg) was punched in the face which led to him loosing part of a tooth. That’s not soccer - that’s Tyson…
I admit Senegal played better than Denmark in the second half, and deserved their goal. I definately think they’ll beat Uruguay and move to the next round.

Title: Denmark - Senegal
What an idiot for referee!!!!!!!
He “stole” one goal from us because he thought Tomasson touched the ball with his hand, which he didn’t!!! If he hadn’t made that mistake, we would already be sure to advance to the next round!!!!
At least France didn’t beat Uruguay so we still have a chance.

Re: Who’s Gonna Win The World Cup in Chit-Chat
Unfortunately I don’t think Denmark has the slightest chance of winning even though we have Ebbe Sand from Schalke and Jon Dahl Tomasson from Feyenoord (who by the way scored a goal last night when we beat Cameroun). I think France is going to win again.

Re: Pim in Chit-Chat
please correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t the killer an animal rights activist? That’s what they’ve been saying in the media here…
When I read the discussion in this thread what strikes me the most is how similar that discussion is to the debates here in Denmark. The same arguments, the same counter-arguments. Makes you wonder…
Oh, and about the wind mills. They can be placed out on the ocean, so you can’t see them from the beach.

Re: Pim in Chit-Chat
Here in Denmark where I’m from there’s also been a very dirty debate about immigrants. The Danish People Party who are on the extreme right wing are now the third largest party in the country. That’s scary, but what’s even more scary is that the old center parties see their success and become more and more against immigrants themselves.
Europe is one of the richest areas in the world, but people are too egocentric to want to share some of that wealth…I think it’s embarrassing!

Re: More mp3s online in Chit-Chat
I’m so happy you’ve put the Fan Club CD on your site. Last year my house was broken into and someone stole my entire CD collection. The FC CD is the only one I haven’t been able to get a new copy of, so thank you very much!

Re: Birthday dates of Therapy members… in General Therapy? Topics
According to Funny Farm vol. 2 1996 Martins birthday is July 29th. At least that’s what it says in the interview ‘Mental Postcards from the edge’. It also says that Graham was born on Christmas Eve. No idea in what year they were born.
