opener : Gimme a man after midnight. (Never heard it live)
closer : The boy’s asleep. (Heard it once in Belgium and some people were crying, I mean, this was really an emotional moment)

Re: Martin leaves Therapy? a 3 piece in General Therapy? Topics
Thanks for the explanation, Michael. It’s a pity, it comes so late. I understand this is not easy for you guys and I understand you need some time. The way it was posted though made a lot of people angry, I guess.
There were a lot of speculations, some were fair, some were not, but you should look at this in a positive way. If members of the WOM didn’t care about Therapy?, they wouldn’t react so intensely. As stated earlier by some people, some of the members almost dedicate their life to the band. It was a real shock for some of us. And when you’re pissed, you often say things you don’t mean.
If Martin might read this, please let us know about your future projects. You’ll always be in our short list.
And to the current threesome :D : DON’T YOU EVER QUIT !
Respect !

Re: Martin leaves Therapy? a 3 piece in General Therapy? Topics
Title: RESPECT
This is a great loss for the band, although they will do fine without him. It will never be the same again though …
Good luck Martin in whatever you do.
I’m not going to speculate. I just ask a decent explanation. We support the band for many years and we are entitled to know the real reason for his leave.
Setting this up as a simple news item is a shame and definitely not respectful, nor for us, nor for Martin. If we don’t get more than this, you can stick your “best fans of the world” up yours.

Re: The DVD is great! in General Therapy? Topics
Title: finally
got mine yesterday.
nice dvd, although I expected a little bit more of it.
there were more clips available and it’s a shame they aren’t all on it. I know this has something to do with copyrights and stuff …
the gig is ok, but do people in Northern Ireland are always that quiet during a T? show ? it seems that things are a little more rough in Belgium, maybe my perception is wrong but it seems so calm.
the sound of the show is just a little too clear for me. sometimes it’s like you listen to a cd instead of a live recording.
but my German is getter better now, I now know what an Eisenpimmel is :D

Re: Setlists: Stones vs Therapy? in Therapy? Live
Cheers TW!
Haven’t heard you for ages and boom : there comes the pain ;)
I agree with the fact that they don’t play enough of those obscure songs. The only reason they play Die Laughing a-like songs over and over is to keep people going to their gigs, not only the real die hards. That’s what kept them alive I think. I don’t think it’s a good survival method, but they didn’t have much options due to their previous record-company-non-promo-attitude (duh?).
I suggest they keep these songs for TW Classic and other festivals. For a gig like in the Botanique, they should have played a lot more early stuff (although I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of new songs).
And yes, with all respect to Fyfe, even Meat Abstract should be possible!

Re: Tw Classic 2 in Therapy? Live
Tell me something, why do you still have Cristal as a sponsor and not Stella or Jupiler ? I’d rather fill my glass in the Velp (local brook) then drink that dishwater.
I thought those dictorial days were over where one beer industry decided which beer was tapped. Not yet I guess …
That’s my only negative remark @ the Bunker’s address :)

they don’t fit into the line up. I hope the last band that’s still not announced, will be more in the direction of our Irish fellows.

Re: About Botanique itself in Therapy? Live
I like them better in the Botanique then elsewhere.
Way better sound, much more interaction.
They can play there everytime if you ask me !
PS : if you think Botanique sounds girly, just say ‘kruidtuin’. it’s the same you now :o

Martin looked rather tired, I noticed that too.
It was an awesome gig. I took some pictures. I’ll send them to Rene to put them online.
The new songs are already known by most of the fans I guess :p
Talked to the guys as well after the gig. Neil Cooper is not only a great drummer, he’s also a very friendly guy!
Respect to Andy, Micheal, Martin and Neil !!!

T? played the Orangerie during their SD tour. It was absolutely great, music & sound. It’s a small hall, so there’s a lot of communication with the band.
Awesome !!!

Andy said in the interview on Studio Brussels that after Dour and the Beach Party, they’d come back at least once this year.
