Re: Site Updates - September 2003 in Site Announcements
Should be this week, I believe. Rene is the man that knows, I’m too pissed ;)

Re: Changed usernames in Site Announcements
Ironic that you can legally boil them alive but not feel them while you’re about it. Not that I approve of doing either. My friend has a pet lobster, they’re really very sweet.

Re: Changed usernames in Site Announcements
If you don’t behave I’ll change you to Actually Erased. Don’t make me moderate yo monkey ass. :p
p.s. Is that feeler as in a lobster’s feeler or one who feels lobsters? A subtle but important difference.

Just last week I was pondering what became of the Paranoid Pumpkin. Will pay more attention in future :D

Guidelines Update in Site Announcements
Title: Guidelines Update
The ‘Posting on the Message Boards’ section of the Guidelines has been updated. It now reads:
“When starting a new thread make sure it is on the appropriate board and use the search function to see if the topic you’re interested in is already being discussed. If there are several threads on the same subject, the moderators reserve the right to merge or delete threads accordingly.”
You can read the Guidelines in full here or use the link at the top of the page.
Cheers, Sarah

Re: Changes on the WoM in Site Announcements
Hey Citizen, I was having the same trouble yesterday. Rene knows about the problem (it’s not intentional!) and is trying to fix it :)

They’d best bloody appreciate them…took me hours to get them lined up to print right. Incidentally, I got on a bus today, and there was one on the seat in front of me. rock+roll.
Haha, that’s so cool - I’m coming to Leeds on Sunday so I’ll try do some more buses. Can’t do our local ones because they cost £5 million per stop and I’m too poor :(
Also, I promised Geraldine a patch if you’re still making them - I think we should branch out into merchandise on the site, heh heh.
Lol@ Citizen, that’s me :D

Changes on the WoM in Site Announcements
Title: Changes on the WoM
Hey all
As you may have noticed if you’re viewing the site through therapyquestionmark.co.uk, there have been some changes made to the message boards. These changes aren’t yet final, just a little experimenting for which we would like some feedback!
I’ve read some posts already about the changes, so thanks for those comments. I’d appreciate it if anyone who wants to say they hate (or love!) something could either post it here or email me.
Once we’ve had some feedback then the boards will be changed mainly to go with popular opinion on what is good and bad.
Thanks for your help :)
Sarah

Yeah well, a little shameless promotion never hurt anybody :D I’ve been putting the LA stickers on all of my correspondence - I don’t know if the people at Craven District Coucil finance unit will appreciate the gesture though…

Re: It’s Here! in Site Announcements
Heh heh, it’s great to see such a positive response to the site - I’m glad you’re all enjoying yourselves :)
Regarding the green…this was Rene’s choice and I have to admit I was a little sceptical about it myself to start with but Michael emailed and said he loved it because it was so un-Therapy? and unexpected, so it stayed. I do like it a lot more now I’m used to it - you just have to let your eyes adjust to the randomness, lol

It’s Here! in Site Announcements
Title: It’s Here!
Finally…the moment we’ve all been waiting for: http://www.therapyquestionmark.co.uk has been relaunched!
I think we should all give due credit to Rene, who has been slaving for a long, long time to make this site what it is. He’s dedicated a huge amount of time and effort to this project and when you look around the site I think you’ll agree it’s been worth the wait. So raise your glasses (or cans, louts) to him and say a big “CHEERS RENE!”.
Now go play!

Re: News about upcoming (official) site improvements! in Site Announcements
Erm, according to my awesome powers of deduction…tomorrow! April 1st is launch day (I think Rene chose it so if it’s not ready he can just say “Haha fooled you!”). I expect he’ll post a message here to announce that it’s there, if you see what I mean…

I meant the other ones, Alan, but yey that sounds great. I’ve got plenty to get through at the moment anyway before I start adding more to the pile. Thanks chaps :)

Alex, I suspect it’s me being thick and looking in the wrong place but I can’t see any Troublegum reviews on your website - is A_S mistaken?

Auto_Surgery, not very fair on Alex to go swiping things from his website! Of course if he wanted to donate any… ;)

Troublegum reviews in Site Announcements
Title: Troublegum reviews
Heyas
Does any kindly soul out there have any old magazines with reviews of Troublegum in? I’m trying to get hold of some for the official site archives.
If you do, I’d really appreciate it if you could scan them for me or post them (I’d of course send them straight back and pay your postage) so I can get them added asap.
Anyone with interviews / reviews that they think are particularly old or rare - I’d appreciate hearing from you too!
Thanks, Hooch (sarah@teethgrinder.com)

Isn’t “osmosis” itself the technical term for water passing through an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration?
Osmosis is the process by which water travels from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration through a semi-permiable membrane.
I think you still get a point ;) I remembered that by singing it in a crap cockney accent to the tune of Parklife by Blur :D

Sabotage: I like your rules :) Mmm…Hooch…when I was on GCSE study leave me and a mate bought three crates of it reduced cause it was past it’s sell-by and drank the lot in a two day very hazy binge. Better than revision, though strangely I can still remember word for word the technical definition of osmosis. Which is nice.
Alan: I object to the term mod - I do not ride a moped and I hate Paul Weller.
Robby / Roxy: I am pro party time :D So either everybody raises lots of cash to get to my house or we just all get some beer and sit in front of the computer talking bollocks. Wait a minute…

Cheers guys for the comments, my first day seems to be going well :D
As Rene said, not much is really going to change (though I am planning to learn about 3 chords to torture White Psycho with ;)). I think I’m probably the worst person here at keeping on topic so I’m not sure how that one will pan out. If you could label your replies “this might as well be a new topic” it would really help!
Blonde Blade…if Jagex ever lets me log on again (gits) I will destroy you with my awesome ability to make lines of four. In the meanwhile, have a look at http://www.cco.net/~jpete/deepthou.htm .
