Ha ha, I thought that comment wouldn’t go down too well. Face it though, he’s notorious for being late and unpredictable, if you bought a ticket to see him then you should have expected that kind of behaviour. He gave a warning that they would stop if it happened again and yet some bellend decided to lob another bottle on stage. Of course it’s not fair that everyone had to suffer for the actions of an idiotic minority, but at least eveyone knows now not to bother buying a ticket for GnR ever again. That said I do hope refunds are offered, I’m not sure how likely that is though?

I’d fuck off as well if supposed fans kept chucking bottles at me.

Just listening to their early stuff, which I was into as a lad. Not heard anything since Ride…anybody know if their stuff after that any good? Gav maybe?

On a related note, just watched the black metal documentary “Until The Light Takes Us”. It was rubbish.

Katatonia weren’t very good live when I saw them, I’d definitely go to AIC…

I’ll check that out thanks. I am partial to a bit of Brave Murder Day. I also thought their late 90s stuff was good, but as I mentioned, the last didn’t do much for me.

Didn’t get into the last Katatonia album at all…and I like their earlier stuff

Love it - It sounds quite Porcupine Tree-ish, its produced by Steve Wilson and it shows.
They have moved further from their sound again, but its got some really great songs on it.
