I only recently got Public Image Limited’s Metal Box album (John Lydon’s band post-Pistols), and I think it’s fucking ace. Especially the basslines. Anyone else like them and could recommend other albums?

Keane/Coldplay/Snow Patrol/Athlete and all those other whiny nobheads…

The album was given 5/5 in the Observer newspaper’s music magazine today…
