Funny how the current Ebay item seems to be quite popular… I still have a double copy of the Dutch re-issued Stories single, I’m willing to trade it for other interesting T? items.

Title: Stories re-issue for trade

Hello all! I just picked up a copy of the fairly rare Stories Re-issue. Since I have two copies, I’d like to trade this for another T? item I don’t have yet. If there’s an interesting offer, I’m sure we can work something out!

(Bad Mother, anyone? Might as well try, huh? :D )

Come on, it it really worth that much to some of you? I simply refuse to pay loads of money for so called rare items, and that doesn’t make me a lesser fan. Therapy? won’t see any of the money you pay for it anyway. And besides, it’s just an item you buy, I never attach much value to things like that. A picture or cd signed personally, with a personal message or something, would be worth more to me actually.

All I know is that it was originally released in Holland, but it’s not as rare as Bad Mother and Meat Abstract, not by a long shot. In Holland it’s still fairly easy to get, dunno about other countries.

It looks like a black shirt with a post-it note on it! I don’t think Therapy? would be that stingy towards their crew!

Perhaps you can’t improve the video itself, but you can improve the audio quality. Where there’s a Michael, there’s a way :D

I only have it as a Realplayer file (176 MB), would that be ok? I would like to have a Windows Media Video file of it, but for some reason they have taken this version of the site, so I can only access the Realplayer version.

Meat Abstract is limited to 1000 copies on vinyl only, right?

Title: Marconi cd-r

I finally got the chance to edit the whole Marconi thing, I think I made a pretty decent recording of it. Because they broadcasted the gig in different sessions, I had to edit some stuff:

- Had to fade out Diane, since the DJ started talking in the middle of the song

- Had to put Six Mile Water (from the Sunday broadcast) between If It Kills Me and Screamager, to stick as close to the setlist as possible, and make it sound like a coherent whole

- For those who want as many songs as possible, I can also include Nobody Here But Us, but it was broadcasted as a separate song, and the quality is not as good as the rest, so I will put it after Diane, at the end of the cd.

They used to sell black hooded sweaters, with a small red gemil on the front side. I don’t think they sell it anymore though.

Who cares about mp3 sourced or not, you can’t tell the difference anyway, unless you have a state of the art sound system. I couldn’t care less, to be honest.

Then there’s a cover of Nowhere by Mambo Kurt, you’ll find it on Kazaa I think. Also, Farin Urlaub plays Nowhere live at some shows, you can download it from some site I forgot the name of, but you can try and use the search option of this site to find the thread with the link.

Title: Not Lunacy vs Clash Therapy

Can anyone solve this riddle for me? It says on suicidepact.com that the gig on Clash Therapy is the same as the one on Not Lunacy. Some questions about this:

1. Where do the last couple of songs from Not Lunacy come from, starting from Potato Junkie? Are they from a different gig? There is a noticeable difference in sound between the two parts.

2. On Not Lunacy, Screamager is played between Knives and Nausea. Why is this one not on Clash Therapy?

3. It is also mentioned that it is an audience recording, but with Not Lunacy it is mentioned that it was a radio broadcast. Which one is it??

4. Is there a quality difference between the two bootlegs?

Alright people, I finally edited that Stockholm gig I recorded from that Swedish radio broadcast a while ago. Like I said before, due to recording problems, I had to leave Diane (slow version) out, but I edited the whole thing so that you barely notice it. Total playtime is about 45 mins, setlist is as follows:

You said ‘they never come here, ever’, whereas they where in the U.S. in 2001, not too long ago.

Except for Potato Junkie, they don’t play a lot of tracks from those albums. There is a lot of footage around of festivals and gigs where this song was played. Then there’s a part of Punishment Kiss that was played on the Forestglade2K Festival (2000), but I don’t know if someone has a video copy of this gig. Then they played an acoustic version of Skyward in Tilburg (2000) during their club tour. I don’t know if they played this one at other gigs or if there’s a copy around.

That Stories re-release should be pretty easy to get, same for LCO I guess, although LCO 1 would be the easiest to get of the two versions.

Where were you about 1 year and a half ago? They did a tour in the US back then!

I only have one copy of the red version, sorry. But if you can’t find it here, you should be able to find it on somewhere on the internet, I guess Loose is one of the most easy-to-get singles, together with Stories.

Hey Alan, I have the same problem! I actually stopped making sleeves, I just write the artist and title on the side, and the songs on the back, that’s all. And they just keep piling and piling up!
