E-bay is hard to predict, the value of stuff seems to swing up and down so much, it depends on if you flood the market or not. Also, the time of year seems to have quite a bearing on how much stuff values, from my experiences if you’re a seller the first few weeks after christmas and during the english summer holidays are the worst, as obviously any free cash has already been spoken for! If you’re a buyer these seem to be the best!

The times when stuff goes for silly money appears to be March-May, and then Aug-Nov. Dunno about anybody elses experiences but that’s what I found!

Title: purple pleasure death?

Back in the mists of time, when I’d just got into Therapy? I used to work in an indie record shop ( like most now sadly long since gone )and was speaking to one of the reps from a distributor ( I think he was a polygram rep at the time ), having just got back from seeing my first Therapy? gig we ended up chatting about their first releases, he said he’d gone off them and kindly sent me his Teeth Grinder 12“‘s, when I thanked him the next time we were talking he said that he also had considered sending me his copy of BabyTeeth on red vinyl, and Pleasure Death on..wait for it…purple vinyl, but didn’t want to part with them as he still listened to them. Now, I’ve kept my eye out for any info on this purple vinyl for ages and ages, but I’ve never found one, or indeed anybody else who has even heard of it?

Any ideas anyone?
