Re: Therapy and Christianity in General Therapy? Topics

just to clear somthing up, i was not making a reference to ‘the troubles’ as they are so quaintly called.
it just that the nature of the state in which we live means that on a daily basis anybody living here is subjected to an unusually high amount of religious propaganda.

and its not as is the songs, are along the lines of adolescent , ‘hail satan, eat jesus’ sandals type thing’,(hey satan yourock, tounge firmly in cheek i beleive).

just a thought but i think something like ‘buggered by a priest when you were seven years of age…’ is more pointing out the hypocrisy of it all.
could be wrong though!

jesus 2 serious comments, get me that monkey NOW!!!!!!!

Re: Therapy and Christianity in General Therapy? Topics

i wouldnt say that cathology is the only influence rather the high profile of christianity (of any denomination)in N/Ireland as a whole.
that and it seems that it adds to the songs darkness and irony.

think this must be the first sensible comment i ve made ever.
look im lying it because i love to shave monkeys and bugger ‘em
