Roky Erickson is back in Other Bands & Artists
Title: Roky Erickson is back
the legendary Roky Erickson has recovered.. it almost brought me to tears when i read that last year. apparently he’s getting better and better by the day.
now it seems he’s ready to tour again, after over 20 years in reclusion, even outside of his native Texas. and what’s even more sensational - he’s coming to Europe to play as well!
if you haven’t already - please check out his “The Evil One” album. it’s music history.

Re: New Ministry Lineup in Other Bands & Artists
i’m a massive Ministry fan..
don’t know what to think of this “new” Ministry..
i saw them live in 1999 and in 2003 and the 2003 line-up was great.. Al, Louis Svitek, Paul Barker, Rey Washam, Mike Scaccia, Max Brody.. I also got to meet them all . Nowdays everybody but Al and Mike Scaccia are gone.
The last album was a disaster.. don’t think this new one will be any good either, unfortunately.. this anti-Bush theme is getting old.

Re: NIN London dates!!! in Other Bands & Artists
i will definately try to see them again - saw them on their fragility 1.0 tour in copenhagen 1999. one of the best concerts i’ve ever been to (if not THE best), quite an experience it was.

Re: Babes in toyland in Other Bands & Artists
yeah, they were/are the coolest “grrrl band”!
i have met kat bjelland twice.. both times in copenhagen, denmark. first time was a couple of years ago with babes in toyland and the 2nd time was last year with her new band katastrophy wife.. (which rocks, go check them out) and MY GOD she is still GORGEOUS! :p and sooooooooooo sweet.. one of the sweetest and nicest persons i’ve ever met in my sorry life. very down to earth. me and my girlfriend hung out with them backstage before and after the show and got an invitation to her birthday party in london, but we couldn’t go :( well.. i had the day of my life that day in copenhagen..
