Title: Infernal Love review promo CD

I’ve got a copy of the super-rare Infernal Love review promo CD for sale. It is the full Infernal Love album but the special thing with this version is that it does not have the David Holmes sounds between the songs. Some songs starts/ends differently than they do on the official release. Apparently it was only sent out to magazines for reviews.

The sleeve is in mint condition. However, the disc has some thin scratches, which makes the disc skip in certain parts. But it seems to play OK with some CD players - my old cheap Nesco player from 1987 I used to have played it perfectly, my new NAD player won’t play the scratched parts without skipping. I’m selling this as is and I don’t know if it would work on your type of player. I just wanted to let you know about the skipping thing, rather than not telling you about this.

I will throw in a copy of the Misery digipak (red CD version), which is in very good condition.

i haven’t had a record player in 10 years :)
the point is i never take them out of my book shelf, so i might as well sell them. i don’t expect to get a lot for the records, so that’s not why i’m getting rid of them.. i just have no use for them..

Title: about the mondo paddy? song

i have the 10” vinyl but since i have never had the chance of playing it (don’t own a record player), i’ve never heard it. does somebody have that version of bowels of love on mp3? is it any different from the original version?

i thought acetates were very limited (pre) promo copies sort of.. just a few copies made, to see how it comes out on vinyl and some are given to selected people (dj’s, record company ppl and so on). but i could be wrong. i doubt they master a cd from an acetate though.. i have a few drum’n’bass acetates and they are generally much heavier than regular vinyls, and they only lasts for about 25 or so listenings.. then they are worn out

‘clash therapy’ is the edited show that was aired on the radio, with jingles..

‘not lunacy’ is the the unedited, complete, original master tape of that show without any jingles.. (+ a short radio interview) ..

last night i ordered meat abstract through gemm for $33. i’m not sure if i got it, as i believe i wasn’t the only one to order it. but it disappeared from the list after i placed my order so.. anyway, if i don’t get it, i congratulate the one who got it!! $33 is the cheapest i’ve seen that go for.

about two years ago i saw this cd on ebay. does anybody have some info on this sampler, cat.no, scan etc? i think there are 5 or 6 songs on it. does anybode here on this board actually have it? i think it is very rare as i have never seen it anywhere besides that one time on ebay, and nobody has ever mentioned it here (i think).

i got one, bought it in years and years ago along with the screamager ep. it’s dark brown with a neon green safety pin printed on it.. won’t ever get rid of it. try to go to one of their gigs and have a look in the mechandise section..

first of all, i’ve been busy and out of money (still is!!) so i haven’t been able to work on the page for a while. also i’ve been ripped off just recently, people haven’t send what they are supposed to send etc, so i’m not that motivated to get going again. secondly, i’ve been getting a lot of emails asking the same as billy blue. either they don’t have anything to trade at all, or they don’t have anything i’m interested in. when i politely explain this, i’ve been getting very rude replies back, telling what an elitist piece of shit i am because i don’t want that u2, dave matthews, live or whatever bootleg that they are offering. i’ve been trading for some years and believe me, there are people that are far more selective and ‘elitist’ than my little humbe page, that don’t even trade with newbies or anything. if you’re interested in getting something on the page, and don’t have anything to trade with, read the ‘info’ section..

i’ve managed to rip the internet broadcast from the camden underworld last november, from real-time to a CD-R. i then struggled for hours converting, editing and burning it… in the end it turned out very good, and the recording sounds amazingly clear.
