I see there’s no active videogame thread, while there are some gamers on the boards. What videogames are you currently playing (and on what platform)?

I’m playing Boom Blox and Mario Kart on Wii while I’m waiting for Wii Fit to get properly distirbuted.
I also just dug up my Game Gear and am playing Sonic The Hedgehog on it.

Which one are you playing, the Gamecube or Wii version? I bought the Wii version for my boyfriend’s christmass, I’ve never been a huge Zelda-fan myself, but it looks amazing when I see him play it (apart from Midna’s irritating laughter) as soon as he’s finished the game, I’ll try it myself :-)

My heart just skipped a beat… thank god this is a hoax, I was so shocked that it didn’t even get through to me, that the announcement mentioned a Fugazi show!!
He’s been hit by a car in front of a concertvenue when he still played with Minor Threat, before he had to go on stage he still played the gig before he went to the hospital, to find out he had a bad concussion, I’ve got the gig on DVD, he was acting very strange! When he did a Q&A in Antwerp last year, I asked him about this accident, that was a very funny story…

I’m waiting for the Wii version to come out :-)

Sick Of It All yesterday, excellent show, the sound was a bit too loud though, forgot my earplugs again :( and the lightguy should get fired!!! Half of the time Icouldn’t see anything from stage because the stagelights were shining right in my eyes!!! But nevertheless great show!

Gorilla Biscuits last week were amazing as well!!

I’ve seen Hostel yesterday, what a lame movie!!! I thought it was something in the vein of Saw (of which even the 3rd film is surprisingly good!).
I’m sure a story like that could make an amazing film, they just didn’t think it through enough. At times it was so exaggerated that it was more ridiculous than scary.

People trying to sell something on the streets, or collecting money for something stopping you with the line “Can I ask you a question?”
