HIM were just horrible and I wasn’t the only one who thought that. Still don’t understand what the hell they were doing there.

Mastodon played the same set as the week before in Werchter and I really don’t like them. Boring to say the least.

Machine Head ruled ! They only got to play 40’ but man they kicked ass :eek: Played a couple of new ones and finished with Davidian resulting in total chaos :D As our tickets were upgraded to VIP tickets, we were very close to the artist entrance so we got to meet Dave McClain who signed my ticket :cool: And we also met the bodyguard of mr James Hetfield, big man :eek:

Metallica was great, but no new material. In fact I think they have only played 1 new song so far on the tour and even then it’s one they played last year already. But it was an excellent setlist including Fade To Black, Whiplash, And Justice For All (full version), For Whom The Bell Tolls, The Four Horsemen, … brilliant :cool:

Wembley looked amazing, just sorry that they had to ask £8 for a fucking simple chicken and chips that even tasted like shit :mad:

Dear God Machine Head kicked ass which resulted in major circle pits :eek:

Metallica were brilliant as usual.

Unfortunately we also had to witness Mastodon who were crap just like the week before in Werchter and HIM… well, everybody ignored them when they were playing :D

Unfortunately yes, but that will be the time to drink beer :D

Finally got our picture with Corey Taylor! But he seemed to be in a bad mood or is simply not the most friendly guy we ever met :rolleyes:

Rest of the band was pretty cool though, except for James Root who was in a bad mood as well and didn’t feel like being on any picture :mad:

@ kossu: do go to Machine Head if you have the chance, they are much better in a club compared to a festival gig!

And they are doing a full European tour that’s starting somewhere in September / October timeframe.
