I use Ernie Ball slinkies on my Les Paul and strat, never had a problem with them and the guitars never go out of tune no matter how much I bend the strings.

I’ve just bought a bass too, dont have a clue what strings are on it, all I know they are thick!!! Spent two hours on the bass then switched to the Les Paul, freaked me out!!!!

“These strings are so THIN!!!!”.

Speaking of which, must buy some more…

I’d love an SG, I have a Les Paul (tuned to C) and it sounds awesome through my V-Amp, but I’d love an SG for that authentic Therapy? sound…

I may have to sell a kidney…

Thanks Clown, I have done and it sounds good, I’m using a Rectifier distortion and plenty on reverb on my trusty Behringer V-amp2, if I record it fully I’ll post it.
