Re: Donnington ‘95 in General Therapy? Topics

Boyzone? Heh - I think you’ll find insulting me with music tastes is entirely pointless, because you’re stupidly way off the mark. I don’t much care what you have to say from now on, as I imagine it’ll all be the same petty childish insults!

PS. It’s half term and I’ve not been to a school or college for way over a year, ta.

Winding me up? As if, now you’re just back tracking so you don’t get told off. Anyway, I’ve defended myself so unless you feel the need to flame me further I’m happy to let this drop.

I’m glad you lost your friend because you are obviously an obnoxious tosser. At least your friend went to the gig. Unlike yourself who was at home listening to Take That. I have seen Therapy? 15+ times and they have never been “Shit”. There was a reason for the poor performance and the POINT in the post was to find out why, not get abuse from retards like you.

Away and listen to The Backpassage Boys and stop bothering me.

Hope you have a nice day.

I’m the obnoxious twat? Fuck off and die of AIDS you pathetic scum. I never said Therapy? were shit, my ‘friend’ did based on the performance he saw at Donnington 95.

I wasn’t abusing anyone either, either you’re an utter fucking retard who struggles to quite grasp the point I was trying to put across, or you just enjoy acting like a cock to people who have just signed up to the forum.

In fact, I should probably try and clarify myself further for your sake, considering the fact you manange to rip posts entirely out of context and then flame the author.

Back in ‘95, a friend of mine went to see T? at Donnington. I didn’t like T? back then, but five years later when I went to see T? in Oxford I told him I was off to see them and he told me they were shit which he based on the Donnington performance in ‘95. I presume the reason he called them shit was because the sound was poor, and he couldn’t hear properly. Either that or the fact he likes Bon Jovi and Aerosmith.

Re: New member… in General Therapy? Topics

Ahhhh I’m only joking ;)

I’m all for seeing alternative bands on TOTP, makes a nice change to the pop/rnb shite you get on there usually. In fact, the Manics have been on it plenty of times and I love(d) them!

If it’s okay to say that a band influenced you to start playing a guitar, is it that unreasonable to say that people being stupid on TV influences people being stupid for real, especially when the idiots seem to be copying the TV quite closely?

I should hope that people have enough common sense to realise what is likely to hurt them and what isn’t. Although, there are some thick twats in the world.

Re: listening to right now.. cd’s in Other Bands & Artists

Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation
The Cure - Faith/Pornography (I prefer to listen to both in succession)
Seafood - When Do We Start Fighting…
The Smiths - Strangeways, Here We Come

Re: NIRVANA overrated?! in Other Bands & Artists

Nirvana are overrated as hell. They’re an average band who ripped off other bands quite blatantly. Come As You Are was a complete and utter rip-off of a Killing Joke song called Eighties, download it and see for yourself. I attribute their success to being there at the right time, being able to market well to the masses and the fact Kurt can now be seen as some demi-god by all the faux-depressed teens of today.

The day scallys start listening to T? is the day the world implodes on itself.

Re: Donnington ‘95 in General Therapy? Topics

I had a friend at school who saw T? at Donnington… he said they were shit, this explains why.

Unfortunately I don’t know him anymore so I can’t ask him. This post was pretty pointless wasn’t it? :)
