@mrs_h: In this thread are so many quality good bad jokes but I think this one wasnt bad it was worse. I guess it isnt the only worse one here. Maybe we should start a new thread which is called ’ Really worse jokes which maybe just women find funny thread’ :D narrr I just wanted to point out that this one was more than just dull

Maybe you should decorate your room according to Feng Shui :p I ve read an article about it and it seems to help some people just by putting their bed into the other corner of the room. I am not so sure about this ;)

No it hasnt. Everytime I ve got trouble falling asleep it is just for a short time. Usually a couple of days and I wrote above how I fix this problem. Why I suggest not to drink alcohol because I know some people who had really serious problems and as they drank alcohol it makes everything much worser and they nearly ruined their lives. Its like every drug it maybe makes you feel better for a short time but will become one more problem to your life very soon.

Back to Topic: Food could also be a reason for bad sleep at night. So maybe changing your eating habits could solve the problem by eating more healthful stuff, no fast food,etc . High blood pressure can also be reason for a bad sleep which could be affected by the stuff your eating. You should check your system for any allergy you maybe not aware of, either.

err, I would not drink alcohol just to find some sleep. It is just the wrong reason to drink alcohol at all. Your insomnia problems may be caused by any other troubles you have and alcohol or any other drugs could get these worse then they already are. The vodka may get you to sleep but you ll probably feel more uncomfortable the next morning.

Its is like solving problems with creating other problems, e.g. start drinking to forget that you got the alzheimer’s disease :P

This happens to me sometimes either. A good way to stop it is dont go to bed and keep awake most of the next day. Just to kill the hard time staying awake with coke of coffee in the morning/noon. Make sure u drink enough that it helps you through the afternoon/ early evening. Go to bed at 8.00 PM. Wake up early in the morning and feel fresh like free little bird :p
It brings me back into the usual rhythem not go to bed too late and to get up early in the morning.

My explaination for my insomnia. Too much booze at friday and saturday nights keeps me all day long in bed at the weekend. I guess thats the real reason why most people hate mondays :P

GH will be released for PC and Wii either. I guess the xbox controller will work on PC and probably on wii. I ll buy it. As fas as I remember the release date is 30th of november.
