Re: a song about (northern) ireland?!? in General Therapy? Topics

And .. what about the album Infernal Love (1995).. the song Loose, has reference to northern ireland… diane and also 30 Seconds might be though to have Northern references…

But bloddy hell, all of Andy’s lyrics could be sugested to have northern relevance and understandablly so !! christ the’re all from up there ! its not suprising some of it rubbed of in the songs…

Re: Download Limit thing in Your Feedback & Suggestions

Well done with the more download limit !! .., but its still being used up too quickly… for the limit to be full by 4pm of a weekday >>… this is a pain!…

I wonder could you post the files on another server ?? .. maybe a tripod/yahoo etc account.., And link the files accordingly to another server from here ?? ,/> It’s probally more hassle than its worth.

I’m not sure, why would Andy urge us all to help pluggin’ for airtime for the single?
I think they defenately need that, maybe not so much for albumsales, even more to reach a broader crowd. Coz, I don’t know if you have noticed, but the crowd at the gigs is getting older, as we all are.

And the thought of us; a status quo / old farts trying to rock… Even though the fanbase are getting to be old friends, loyal as hec, nah… wouldn’t insipre me much to keep touring till I was 50 :)

However I must say that as far as I can tell, Andy always lights up when a familiar crowd is boosting with energy and having obvious fun, so maybe they will tour untill they’re 50… 60 or 80something…

Ya i agree with you ..! the only way this band is going to keep on rocking it…, is if new fans appear. Not the ones who have been hanging round from nurse../troublegum etc. !(like us)… I like the newer music from T? … even though it is different from their initial suff .. bands change..times change.. music changes, and all for the better !!… I read a good comment somewhere, its young queens of the stone age fans that should be directed to the musical experience of T? …Why do we need american bands to show us music, when T? have been doing it for years? :) [all very prefound] /~\
