Hey Krisken then tell your mates that when they have an issue to show some damn respect.
There are a hell of a lot of Americans who complain and fucking whinge that a certain band is not coming to their town. Shut up you prick and take a look at the people who are homeless before you complain about your very high financial status. A bilion people on this planet survive on a dollar a day. Shut up!
Since when does it look like Americans earn 40000 dollars a year?? And where? What garbage!
My mates? WTF are you talking about? I don’t even know these people, just as you don’t. I’m not the one saying “X nationality, you’re complainers”. This is the equivilant of if I had heaped any trouble the IRA caused onto your shoulders. It’s absolutely absurd and mind numbingly obtuse.
Oh, you’re right, I absolutely don’t know what the rest of the world has or doesn’t have. However, since this thread has NOTHING to do with poverty, what I give to charity, or the F’ing price of tea in China, you are way off topic.
I wasn’t complaining about my financial status. I was stating a situation where buying cd’s is a luxoury I won’t indulge in when the price is twice as high because I do like eating each day. Hell, I don’t buy ANY music now since I’d rather be able to buy necessities like clothing, food, and pay my bills. I ask for no help, and I recieve no help. Get off your high horse already.
Sidenote: There’s this mentality that America is the land of plenty. We have a lot here, I admit. Don’t think for a second that it’s any different than there though. There are crappy poor area’s here, and disgustingly rich people on the other end of the spectrum. The distance is quickly growing as production jobs leave the area for foriegn markets and are replaced with service jobs, which pay much less.
So as an end statement. I love Therapy?. Supported them since Troublegum. Although I won’t be able to buy their albums in the future (unless I can go the route of ITunes), I want nothing but the best for the band and hope they are able to release many albums in the future. I understand they can’t tour the entire world, and touring here wouldn’t be feasable in any case as the record companies are only interested in the current uber-money success which = pandering to crap. Keep rocking out and enjoying yourselves. You guys have been f’d around by record companies so often it’s not even funny, and yet you still keep kickin ass all the more for it. It’s why I’ve stuck around here as long as I have. Take care, and good luck.
Bye all.

To the Americans quit wanting everything all the fucking time, you guys get a lot of things already and you are very luckyt for the things you have.
Wow, that was totally unnecessary.
You know, just because it looks like everyone in America is making $40 grand a year doesn’t mean they are. Some of us make $22 grand and have to choose where the little bit of extra cash we have goes. Don’t be a prick.
Just because we’d like to get the T? cd’s doesn’t mean we’re all greedy gimme gimme’s. Stop lumping nationalities into a stereotype.

I never saw that site before Superunknown, so now (when they are done doing maintenance) I’ll have to do some searching for Soul Coughing and some other video’s. Very cool.

Re: Computer Games thread in Chit-Chat
6 days until Oblivion ships out. Here’s hoping my local Gamestop will have it in by the 22nd. The game looks incredible.
