does anyone actually live there to give a fuck? I thought it was just sheep and pensioners.
As far as I’m concerned if we can dismantel these ships properly and they don’t sit anywhere on the planet leaking poison I don’t mind them being docked in the UK.
Not only will it be good in the long run, but in the short term it brings jobs and money to that community. So fuck it.

I understand that sure. I’ve been a fan for over 10 years, but I was never in a ‘club’ or was ever really interested in joining one. Was there one before? And if there was why was it discontinued. I would look at the reasons for this first because there might be a good reason for leaving it purely online.
Let’s be honest here, T? has not got the following it had in the mid 90s. Gigs are smaller, festival-billings lower, album sales down a little. Would it make sense to start a fan-club up?

In defence of the website, it really is one of the best fan-sites out there. Constantly updated, the band always contributing, rare material, news. I’ve been to a lot of sites where there is fuck-all (Electric6, Darkness…).
I think a website is better because you can take it or leave it anytime you want and it’s always just a click away if you want it.
A fan-club would have a negative geeky/stalker feel about it. Lets keep it 21st century.

its not an official poll or anything. I’m just interested to find out what people like in videos as I’m thinking about moving into music-video production or development.

crazy rock, playing at a Nemis night in Edinburgh tonight for MTV Breakout, not sure and no.
The lead singer is a tiny little guy who dances in crazy ways. Hard to say really, I was quite drunk, but I’ll explain better after tonight.

unfortunatly the messageboard only gave me a max of 10 options. Anyway, ‘Church o N’ was not on the DVD for some reason so I left it out. It was quite a fun wee video though I agree.

you have two choices. Either be a great hardworking band, with decent tunes and lots of touring and eventually you will be signed.
Or be part of the next big movement, we had nu-metal, yank punk-rock, cheeky girls…
Be aware of what is happening in the industry and conform to that and you’ll make a quick and easy buck.

So travel the route of good and have a long and honourable career, or sell your soul, get in the charts and fuck off after 3 months.

Finally we have a collection of the best (and worst) T? videos out there. There are a few missing on the DVD, but it’s still a good collection.
My question is, now that we can compare them all so easily, which is your favourite music-video on the DVD?

Personally I think ‘Loose’ kicks ass.

Sorry T?. But aren’t the old videos hilarious? I haven’t laughed so much in a long time. Love the dvd all the more because of it though.

Fantastic young band from Glasgow. If you ever get the chance to see them live jump at it. I haven’t seen anything like it in years.

cracking guy. But we’ve been waiting a long time for new stuff. He brings out new songs sometimes on his site, but a new album seems to be a few months off.
He’s been remixing quite a few songs for young Glasgow bands as well (The Guitarz…).
He did a cover of ‘Devils Gun’ for the Frankie Miller tribute Album a while ago, but otherwise he’s been quite quiet.

The first No Doubt Album, which I traded in for some aweful death-metal. Seemed like a good idea at the time.

can’t remember which tour it was now. They’ve all rolled into one big hazy ball. Sanctuary Medicine is easily one of the best albums of the last few years.

good stuff. He’ll be back soon enough though with a new single. Beginning of next year or so. Hopefully.

I can’t believe after seeing so many bands in this thread nobody has mentioned the best thing to come out of Glasgow since deep-fried Mars-bars: RICO. He toured with T? a few years back and made one of the best tours yet for me.

Check it out, it rocks heavy.

Great f-ing gig, but maybe just a wee bit short. Should have left 3stages of shite out and played a few more songs instead. Good stuff though. My 7th T? gig in 9 years and definatly one of the best.
