Just got the new foos cd. I was really really hoping for a return of the old foos but nevermind. I think the acustic cd is better than the rock. The latter seems to be more of the american radio friendly throw away rock/pop jazz whilst the former sounds like Mr.Grohl has been listning to too much ryan adams!

All in all not a bad effort but could do better.

4) dEUS - in a bar under the sea

5) Therapy? - Nurse (on old school cassette!)

Managed to miss serafin as my driver “missed” birmingham on the moterway!
Then there were the ritual few beers in a bar before hand! I managed to get in just before Mr.Black took to the stage.

Were they any good?

I thought it was a very tight set, but without much talking! And its a dam shame they didnt play Los Anglies. That would have made my week!

Hope your gig(s) were as good as mine.

NB - I managed to end my night in a birmingham 80’s bar ploe dancing, found a new vocation i think!

I heard that Fyfe Ewing has a new or recent band who have been acting as support acts for a few bands here and there.
